On July 09, 2022 I delivered my vehicle to Heller Ford 700 Main Street El Paso, IL, (309) 527-6050 to have my original Cabin Air Filter eeplaced with a unit which I supplied. Their technician performed a commendable removal of the original unit. He found the original Motor Craft Cabin Air Filter had deteriated to a black fragmented crust which had clogged the blower motor to the extent the motor had to be removed and bown out, and reinstalled prior to the instillation of the new filter! I have no reservations against Heller Ford and it Service Facility Staff, mine is with Lincoln My car had 56,687 miles at the time of the service, The service manual recommends changes be made at 20,000 - 30,00 miles. My vehicle is highway driven no city stop and go traffic, I asked the sevice staff if they ever seen a cabin air filter in such shape- they said no I Purchased my vehicle from Sutton Lincoln/Ford in 2018 new off the lot and this vehicle is used for 100% pleasure driving. 2021 LINCOLN CORSAIR- MURRIETA, CA
This 2021 Lincoln Corsair is equipped with Auto Start/Stop technology. Auto Start/Stop Technology automatically shuts off the engine when the vehicle comes to a full stop and idles for more than a few seconds. Once the driver puts pressure on the accelerator, then the engine turns back on. It's simple, and some say it can save between 3-5% of gas in stop-and-go traffic. My car while stopped with the engine off, at a red light for example, after approximately 45 seconds, it will re-start itself and lunge forward. It does it every time, when you are stopped over 45 seconds and the engine is off. ( In Auto start/stop mode). Lincoln Dealership has verified this problem by driving the car and confirming the problem, but does not know what is causing the engine to re-start itself. If your foot is not on the brake, the car will lunge forward and strike what ever is in front of the vehicle. If Auto Hold Technology is on, the vehicle will still lunge but will not move forward. This vehicle was first purchased on December 11, 2021 and as this date 07/08/2022 is still lunging forward when in Auto Start/Stop mode. Vehicle had about 18 miles on it when purchased. Currently it has approximately 3,400 miles.

2022 LINCOLN CORSAIR- Tumon, GU
The roof of my Lincoln 2022 roof leaks water above the driver seat during rain, while driving, or when the car is parked. I checked the sunroof, but there is no sign of a water leak from around the seal. It looks like the water is entering the roof panel either from the front windshield glass or elsewhere. The water drips on the driver seat and the steering wheel and has caused discoloration to the driver seat. This water leak distracted me while driving due to sudden water leak, it is not safe as it could cause accident.
