  • 2014 NISSAN ALTIMA
    - Pembroke Pines, FL

My 2014 Nissan Altima has experienced loss of visibility from the headlights significantly to the point of feeling unsafe driving at night. I believe the cause of these issue is due to degradation of the reflective coating within the headlamps. New bulbs installed have not improved the quality of the headlights performance leading me to believe this is caused by a fault of the headlamp assembly itself.

    - Riverside, CA

To date three of the outside door handles have broken off. The driver door handle which was repaired at Riverside Nissan in May 2025 for $442. The front right passenger door handle which was broken in early 2025- and remians unrepaired. The rear right passenger door handle which broke in the latest August 2026 incident. While the driver outside door handle was broken in early 2025 , I had to unlock the left rear passenger door - then reach in to unlock the driver door from the insde by reaching with my hand. Not easy since parking next to a curb means the car is sloped at an angle. These door handles are made of plastic. It could be a problem if there was an emergency and people were tring to get in the car - only to have the car handles break.

Loss of acceleration uphill and when trying to turn onto a street. My 2026 Nissan Rogue went in on May 15, 2026. It had water valve replaced, problem not resolved. They then replaced turbo, problem not resolved. Replaced Catalytic converter because it was clogged from coolant honeycombing. Problem resolved. Out of the shop, July 13, 2026 ( In the shop over 2 months). Back in the shop on July 23, 2026, hard knock on the motor and check engine light came on. Nissan shop determined motor needs replacement. Picked up vehicle on 8/14/26. Loss of acceleration again, dropped off on Sept 2nd and was informed my catalytic converter needs to be replaced again. Still in the shop as of 9/7/26

I bought my car while living in Florida from a lady that didn't drive it for a while and after I bought it I drove it i drove to Washington two and a half times. before this though it had an airbag safety issue where the airbags didn't deploy and also my gas gauge does not work correctly as well as the suspension, which the coils are not up to codes and regulation also my odometer does not work well period when I got in my car accident my airbags had not deployed which is the safety risk and I looked up online due to the multiple risk zones that I crossed over I know that it is a good chance that I qualify for recalls that maybe it wasn't listed prior to putting up on here because I was unaware of a recall list.

My front and back auto collision breaking sensor keeps going off as if something is in front of me. It’s not in the back as well. Also will indicate on my dash that there is a vehicle following me too far fast or too close and there will be nothing behind me. This is very scary when I first started happening. I looked it up online and a lot of vehicles are having problems with this as well as the break, actually stopping and not being able to release as a mother that travels with three children daily and take care of patients in my vehicle. This is very concerning. on the form it only allows you to give one pacific date but this is an ongoing issue. I would say on average. I see this sensor go on my dashboard at least 10 to 12 times a month. It eventually goes off, but I’m very fearful that I will be driving in the brake system will activate due to the faulty system sensors for the front and back.

I am reporting a serious safety incident involving the powered rear liftgate of my 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum. On Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at approximately 9 AM, I was helping my daughter unload her cosmetology case at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. The rear liftgate was open. We were both standing behind the vehicle, facing away from it toward her cosmetology case (which had become unlatched so we were fixing it). No one pressed a button on the liftgate, the key fob, or inside the vehicle to initiate closure. Neither of us intentionally activated the hands-free liftgate sensor. The liftgate began closing and struck the back of my head. It did not reverse upon contacting me and continued pushing downward. My daughter intervened to raise the liftgate by hitting the button. (Audio of incident is preserved on dash cam) An ER visit revealed healed injury with occipital hematoma. I experienced a concussion and neck injury from the lift gate. Followed up with neurology - I was Dx with post concussion syndrome and post concussive headaches. And whiplash. I continue to have headaches, light sensitivity, brain fog and very bad neck pain. Please investigate this. *written with help of chat bc my head hurts and I’m foggy. But my daughter and I both read over this report and it’s correct.

I was involved in a collision, and despite the force of the impact, the vehicle's airbags failed to deploy.Following the accident, the main dashboard SRS airbag indicator light began flashing. Additionally, the passenger airbag light indicates that the passenger airbag remains "OFF" even when an adult is properly seated in the front passenger seat.
