    The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated that while driving and attempting to park, when the brake pedal was depressed, it became spongy and was inoperable. As a result, the contact crashed into a building and damaged the aluminum siding of the building. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with front left caliber failure and needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2300.

    ODI 11533646 Recall 13A has not been repaired due to local dealer citing no parts available. (Eide Chrysler Bismarck ND). I called Chrysler help line and was told parts were available. I contacted dealer again and was told no parts to repair recall and no idea when they would be available. I can get no resolution through Chrysler or a dealer for this recall. Truck is unsafe to drive or park in my garage due to fire hazard.

    1. Android auto not connecting to Uconnect. 2. Transmission won't go into reverse. Truck at dealer service department now for 7 days and still nothing found. Truck was hooked up to computer and found nothing wrong. Reverse lights come on, but not engaged.

    Second 2022 ram 2500 tradesman and front end shimming at all speeds. Brakes go to floor. Radio, heater doesn't work all the time. Has a ticking sound until it warms up. Been in shop many times for problems

    The contact owns a 2022 Ram 2500. The contact stated after he shifted the vehicle from the neutral (n) position of a completed car wash service, he then shifted the vehicle to the drive (d) position when the vehicle inadvertently accelerated at a rapid speed without warning while the brake pedal was depressed. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a nearby gate. No injuries were sustained. No medical attention was required. No police report was filed. The vehicle was taken to the dealer it was diagnosed that either moisture or air that controls the acceleration entered the sensor, but no repair was needed however, the contact stated that the traction-control warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a different dealer where the failure could be duplicated and the contact was informed that an unknown recall had been completed. The contact stated that the traction control warning light was intermittently illuminated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and the contact was provided multiple numbers to call but no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 19,970.
