Truck fails to properly accelerate when pulling out into traffic. There is a massive delay from pedal push to the truck moving. It is such a common issue there are devices that go between the pedal and computer to solve it. It voids the warranty though. I have almost been hit 4 times due the acceleration hesitation.

K1 snap ring failure in the transmission. Lost gears 1-4. Truck was stuck in the middle of the road unable to move, blocking traffic and causing safety concerns. Vehicle is currently at the dealer awaiting replacement parts. There was no warning. The check engine light and service 4wd light came on as soon as the failure occurred.

The brake and accelerator pedals are not aligned well. It is very easy for your foot to slip between the two when moving from the accelerator to the brake. The offset heights and distance of travel result in your foot slipping in-between them. This prevents the vehicle from stopping and can cause an accident. It seems like the accelerator pedal should be further forward than the brake pedal. I don't have this issue with any other vehicles I have driven. I'm 6' with a size 11 boot. My entire boot slips between these pedals easily.

RAM 13A Recall. Due to the fire risk, I was unable to park my truck at work. I ordered the parts from a RAM Dealer and installed following the instructions in the 13A Recall provided by NHTSA (https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/rcl/2023/RCRIT-23V060-7126.pdf). I submitted a request for re-imbursement to the manufacturer showing pictures of the part being replaced, and a copy of the parts invoiced. The Manufacter has refused to re-imburse the replacement cost. I have contacted Stellantis several times and was assigned case number 86112892 and was told someone would contact me within 24-48 hours, but no one has contacted me since I called on May 8, 2023. I can't park or drive this vehicle anywhere without causing possible damage to someone's personal property or my own and I only have this vehicle to drive.
