CONSUMER EXPERIENCING PROBLEM WITH LOSS OF POWER WHILE DRIVING. ENGINE FAILS TO START AND OPERATES ERRATICALLY. DEALER NOTIFIED, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM.THIS MOTORCYCLE IS A 1998 ROYAL STAR CLASSIC. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT IN THE SYSTEM. *AK
