FORD Recalls

Aug 08, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Lincoln Nautilus, Mustang Mach E, and Mustang vehicles. The LED Driver Modules may contain a burnt diode, which can cause the low-beam and high-beam headlights, daytime running lights, front position lights, and front turn signals to fail in the affected headlight. On Nautilus vehicles only, this condition may also cause the rear tail light, rear turn signal, and rear position light to fail. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Jul 25, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Lincoln Navigator, F-150, Expedition, Bronco, and Ranger vehicles. The Electronic Brake Booster (EBB) module may malfunction while driving or when the driver is utilizing an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) feature, resulting in a loss of power brake assist.

Jul 25, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 F-150 hybrid vehicles equipped with a 3.5L hybrid electric powertrain. When the driver or passenger's seat belt is not buckled and the vehicle is started, the audible warning chime may not activate as intended. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 208, "Occupant Crash Protection."

Jul 25, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain Bronco Upfit kits sold as accessory parts with part numbers M-BRONCO-WAD, -WBD, -W3, -W4, -W9, -W10, -W11, and W12. The rearview camera on the spare tire carrier may not be compatible with certain 2024-2025 Ford Bronco vehicles.

Jul 11, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Bronco Sport and 2020-2022 Escape vehicles equipped with 1.5L engines. A fuel injector may crack and leak fuel inside the engine compartment.

Jul 07, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Bronco, Explorer, Lincoln Aviator, F-250 SD, F-350 SD, F-450 SD, F-550 SD, 2021-2022 Lincoln Navigator, Mustang, F-150, and 2022 Expedition vehicles. The low-pressure fuel pump may fail, which can result in an engine stall while driving.

Jul 07, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 1.5L EcoBoost RFF Cylinder Heads, with part number PV4Z-6049-A and 1.5L RFF Long Block Engines, with part number PV4Z-6006-A, sold as replacement parts. The cylinder head may have been improperly manufactured, which can cause the ball plugs to fail, resulting in an oil leak.

Jun 27, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 F-150 Lightning BEV vehicles. The front brake jounce hose bracket screws may loosen and detach, which can allow the jounce hose to contact the tire and result in a brake fluid leak.

Jun 27, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2025 Navigator and Expedition vehicles. The passenger side air bag may have been manufactured incorrectly, which can cause the air bag to deploy with excessive force during a crash.

Jun 27, 2025 – Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2022 Mustang Mach E vehicles equipped with an extended range battery. The high voltage battery main contactors may overheat.
