    STRAP THAT GOES OVER CHILD SHOULDERS THAT CLIPPED BETWEEN THERE LEGS HAS A LARGE GAP BETWEEN SHOULDER STRAP AND BUCKLE BETWEEN THE LEGS. SHE RECOMMENDS A RETAINER CLIP. SHE HAS NOTIFIED KOLCRAFT ABOUT SAFETY OF CHILD SEAT.*AK
