ARROYO GRAND SPORT A/S TIRES Complaints

Had 2 new tires installed on the rear of the car and they both busted at the seam. Shredded the tires and damaged 4 wheels.

The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the steering wheel started to vibrate excessively. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, who determined that the tires needed to be balanced. The contact was later informed that the tires could not be properly balanced due to irregularities in the inner liner. The contact was advised that all four tires needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was 20,000.

The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact noticed that the tread of the tires became inoperable. The contact stated that the vehicle became difficult to control. The contact parked the vehicle and inspected all the tires and the contact noticed that the inside of all the tires tread had separated. The vehicle was taken to an independent where it was diagnosed that the tires failed due to the tires being delaminated, and the tires needed to be replaced. The tires were replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The tire failure mileage was 500. The vehicle failure mileage was 325,000.
