    The contact owns a 2015 Jac Box Truck equipped with Bridgestone R250 jz tires sized 225/70r19.5 DOT y7ad3kw0716. The contact stated that while inspecting the vehicle it was discovered that the front driver side tire had experienced belt edge separation. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 15,000.
