p195 /65r/15 91 h. yokohama avid ascend. i bought 4 tires on 04/11/22 at kinderhook toyota my car had 61008 miles on it. on 08/04/25 brought my car to same dealer was told i needed new tires. multipoint inspection said front tires had 3 32nd of tread and back tires had 4 32nd of tread wear left. my car had 80678 miles on it. the tires lasted less than 20000 miles. they had an 85000 mile warranty on them. i can understand tires lasting maybe 60000 miles or so, but only 20000 miles? was told i can contact your office about this. could not find a different page for a non- accident problem. dealer said to contact yokohama customer service and kinderhook toyota would send the tires back.

rear tire mostly but all 4 - need to add air 2-3 times daily. even adjusting the air pressure when tires are cold we still need to add air daily. Driving an hour at highway speed, parking car for a couple of hours and still the tire pressure is never sufficient. Brought to dealer 2 or 3 times and they cannot find a reason, me niece and others have also expressed this issue to me.

This is an original equipment Yokohama Geolandar tire with 26,650 miles size 225/60R18. We were traveling on I-80 through a work zone at 50 mph. We noticed our tire pressure indicator was lit. On a separate info screen, I could see the pressure on each tire and watched the passenger front tire at 14 psi and then decline. This told me we had a blowout rather than a leak. The other 3 tires were at the normal 35 psi. Through the work zone, the shoulder was closed, so I had to drive on the tire with inflation below 10 psi until I reached an area wide enough to safely pull over, about 2 miles. The blowout was surprising as we did not hit anything and there were no potholes. Everything was normal until the tire pressure light came on. On inspection at the Lexus dealer, they were unable to determine the cause but noted damage on the sidewall due to driving at low inflation.

A CORRODED VALVE STEM LET GO JUST AFTER THE LOW TIRE LIGHT CAME ON. THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. WE MANAGED TO PULL OVER TO THE BERM AND CALLED AAA. THE MAN CAME OUT AND PUT THE SPARE TIRE ON AND WE ABLE TO GET HOME. I CHECKED OUT THE OTHER VALVE STEMS AND THEY ARE CORRODED ALSO. *TR

RECENTLY I FOUND OUT THAT THE REAR TIRES ARE ALSO WORN - THE LOWER PART OF THE INSIDE WALL ON BOTH TIRES IS WORN NOT EVENLY? THE LOCAL DEALER, SUPPORTED BY DODGE OFFICIALS, CLAIMS THIS IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR FOR THIS CAR, SHIRKING THE MANUFACTURER'S RESPONSIBILITY. *TR
