    Dashboard indicator lights show the Traction Control System goes off (TCS OFF) along with the card skid icon. In the ABS light comes on. This happens intermittently every time we drive it. Mechanics are unable to resolve the issue. In the rain, the vehicle's rear fishtails. This vehicle is used to transport a person in a power wheelchair. There is a recall on the Electronic Stability Control Systems on MV1s for 2015 and 2016. This appears to be the same issue.
