    Engine overheating due to a bad water pump and thermostat, leak in coolant system. Car only had 30,000 miles on it. This model should be included in the Audi/VW lawsuit, [XXX] , et al. v. Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., et al., Civil Action No. XXX. I should be entitled to the extended warranty granted through this lawsuit.     The contact owns a 2023 Audi SQ8. While refueling the vehicle, the contact became aware that the electric actuator had fractured. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer, who confirmed that there was no emergency fuel door release. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and provided information about the red door release. The failure mileage was approximately 3,700. The VIN was not available.
