2017 AUDI Q7- Chantilly, VA
According to the dealer’s diagnosis, a burnt and broken valve caused the car to shake violently while I was driving on the highway with my family, including our three children. Prior to this incident, there were no warning lights or error messages. Only after the shaking began did a “Drive System Malfunction” alert appear on the dashboard.

2024 AUDI Q5- Denver, CO
Audi pre sense has applied the breaks and cause dangerous situations a total of three times. This occurred twice within the first six months I had the car. I made a left turn and the car suddenly stopped in the intersection and applied the brakes with great force that I was jolted quite hard. I brought the car into an Audi dealership and they adjusted the Audi pre sense settings to be less sensitive but the issue happened again recently. The situation was the same where the brakes suddenly were applied while I made a left turn leaving me standing still in an intersection with oncoming traffic headed at me. It is not possible for Audi to completely turn off the pre sense system, the driver would have to do so each time they start the car which isn't realistic. I believe there needs to be a recall. I feel unsafe.

2019 AUDI E-TRON- Sacramento, CA
No specific incident, but the expected resolution date for this recall has been pushed out 3 or 4 times, and now there is no expected resolution date. I've already implemented the interim step for the recall and had to have a battery cell replaced, which took over 2 weeks for the dealership to complete. It's frustrating to constantly have a potential 2+ week fix hanging over our head, not to mention the fact that they recommend only using the vehicle at 80%, severely limiting our range, and, ultimately, the risk of the battery catching fire or exploding at any point! The recall has been open for almost a year and a half now, and it's only supposed to be a software update to fix it! I'd like to see them actually implement the final resolution!

2017 AUDI Q7- Orange, CT
Audi Pre-Sense failure warning came on. I took it to Audi Fairfield CT and it was diagnosed as having a bad camera/sensor in the windshield. This could have resulted in a collision. the repair would have cost almost $3000. I bought a used one and went to an independent shop for calibration.

2020 AUDI Q5- UNIONVILLE, CT
The seatbelt comes loose and Nuna sent me a pad and screwdriver and refused to replace the seat. The harness won’t stay tight and I do not trust the seat to be safe for my child

2014 AUDI Q5- Owings Mills, MD
The contact owns a 2014 Audi Q5. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the EPC (Electronic Power Control) warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was determined that the vehicle was under recall; however, parts were not available. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer when parts became available and the vehicle as repaired; however, the failure reoccurred approximately 6 years after the recall repair. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

2019 AUDI E-TRON- National City, CA
NHTSA 23V867 was issued on the car after 8 months of purchase for high voltage battery modules protentional for a fire if overheating occurs. It has been over 18 months and recall only has been mitigated by reducing the ability to charge the car. Due to the potential of fire hazard we have had to stop charging the car in the garage overnight like we use to. Wife makes we stay outside with the car while it charges which in CA the prime ours are when we now charge increasing our cost to operate the vehicle. Resell price has also plummeted as a result of the unresolved recall resulting in owing more than the car is valued at.

2021 AUDI Q7- Hayward, CA
In correspondence with recall number 25V201, the Virtual Cockpit display would go blank while driving, hiding all driver assistance indicators/instruments. Unable to verify engine speed unless looking at the heads up display, but adaptive cruise control/forward collision warnings won’t display. Upon parking and restarting vehicle, the display would work, but will intermittently go blank after some time while resuming driving. Called local dealership and they are aware of issue but since a repair is unavailable, out of pocket costs would be incurred. There have not been any inspections but I’ve scanned the vehicle for error code B200049, documented in previous Audi TSBs related to the virtual cockpit display issue. There were no warnings or indications, prior to the event which occurred less than a week after recall number 25V201 had started.
