24V110-The suction jet pump inside the fuel tank, designed to purge fuel from the EVAP system is defected and if a specific seal inside an affected suction jet pump fails, the fuel may flow directly into the EVAP system. If this happens, fuel could accumulate in the EVAP system and may leak through the charcoal canister filter element. Leaking fuel, in the presence of an ignition source, may result in a fire. My live and the live of my children is at risk every time I/we drive my car, due to the fact that my car could catch on fire. It is just a matter of time and I am not willing to risk getting caught in a fire, getting hurt or even dying inside my car. There is no repair available and I can not wait any longer. I am requesting replacement of my car ASAP

    - Lake Oswego, OR

I have received two "cylinder misfire" notifications. The first occured in December 2023 on a remote stretch of freeway. The second occured in June 2024 on a remote stretch of highway. In both cases, I immediately lost power and put myself and cars around me at risk because I had to pull over onto the side of the road to re-start the car. After the second incident, I now have no confidence in taking my car, only 6 years old and with 74K miles on it, out of the city and into the countryside. The symptoms of this issue include frequent oil burn / oil top-offs. My car requires a quart of oil every 200-300 miles. There are no leaks in my driveway. The leaking all seems to be coming from the cylinders. I am taking my Q7 into a mechanic, again, next week and I am concerns the solution will be "new engine" which costs more than the car is worth.

Sunroof drain lines leaked and filled the rear compartment with water which is also where the body control module is. The water damaged the body control module which affected vehicle lighting and abs system. Upon further investigation, this is a very common issue with Audi.

    - Plain City, OH

Vehicle stopped while driving!!! Middle of the driving. Very dangerous. And it happened twice. With that as the headline, another known problem with this vehicle has been the engine oil needing to be filled literally every month. And time to time it resulted in “engine light” to come. So we kind of ended up in a “wolf cry” and really didn’t act. However, we did take care to Audi service for oil refill and they IGNORED to do the inspection on engine light well under 100,000 miles and 10yrs on warranty. So our recent car stopped when we were just about 2 months over 10yrs and 3,000 miles over 100,000 mile warranty Audi has for the problem needs repaired. Please help. Now Audi is saying we needed to pay almost $6,000 to get that repaired. Which they have seen for months prior to the 10yrs and 100,000. It’s really a unfair business practice.

    - GRAND PRAIRIE, TX

My Q5 requires an additional quart of oil approximately every 500-1000 miles since purchased in early August . Services included two oil changes, replacement of pan gasket and fill tube O-ring. No drips on the ground, just a minimum level reading every 30 days. That definitely should not be happening without some plausible explanation other than "That's what German cars do. I have a BMW and the same issue." It was not disclosed that I would have to purchase a monthly supply oil motor oil in addition to the cost of the vehicle.

    - Santa rosa, CA

We, a group of Audi S6 owners with vehicles from the 2013-2017 model years, are experiencing premature mechatronic issues. These problems manifest as jerking when coming to a stop, which can lead to accidents, and intermittent power loss that can be life-threatening. These issues began around 40,000 miles and have progressively worsened, despite our vehicles having only approximately 70,000 miles on them. Given the early onset and severity of these problems, we strongly urge a recall. The current mechatronic design appears to be flawed and fails prematurely, posing significant safety risks.

No accident occurred. During maintenance service, the car was diagnosed with suspension problem, broken rear coil spring at the passenger side and seriously corroded rear coil spring at the driver side. Dealer service technician advised that the coil springs failure needs immediate attention, safety at risk. No warning lamps, messages or other symptoms prior to the failure. Car was at relatively low mileage (<45K). Noticed that same failure has been commonly reported by other Audi owners.
