2021 AUDI SQ7- South Elgin, IL
The car started over heating at 39,000 miles with the warning that “coolant temperature too high, let engine run with vehicle stationary.” Took it to the dealer for repairs and they said it’s a bad thermostat and water pump which requires the entire front end to be disassembled to change. Surprised that this occurred at only 39,000 miles. Luckily my car is under warranty a few more months.

2021 AUDI Q7- Fresno, CA
My car first had a warning “Electrical system: malfunction! Please contact Service.” I made a appointment at my Audi dealership 2 days later, but the next day i got more warnings. “Automatic start/stop system: malfunction!” then my power steering was not working. I decided to drive straight to the service department that afternoon, but never made it. In rush hour traffic on a busy street, my Q7 started beeping every warning - “Electrical system: malfunction! Safely stop vehicle”, “Drive system: malfunction! Stop vehicle safely” and the vehicle decreased speed then abruptly turned off. I was so scared that I would get hit by the traffic zooming around me. It wouldn't go into neutral and my parking brake was engaged blinking. I put on my hazard lights and called 911 for traffic assistance while sitting in my car. I was able to safely exit and after calling Audi, I could get my car into neutral and move it off the busy street with the help of some good Samaritans. I had the car towed to Audi. The service department said they have seen this a handful of times and that it's a problem with the accelerator/generator.

2019 AUDI E-TRON- Detroit, MI
Rearview and camera displays showed a blank screen. The instance showed up when the vehicle was in Reverse. The screen turned blank besides other features on the display such as camera views. Each view showed blank. An inoperative rearview camera display reduces the driver's rear visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

I received the letter about 23V867 recall on this vehicle over two weeks ago. Letter indicates vehicle requires repair (per Audi's online data as recorded with data collection performed from the vehicle itself) NOW. I called to make an appointment with Audi Silver Spring [XXX] ) and initially I was told they will have to order new battery modules. A week later (this morning 2/29/2024) I was texted that they cannot perform the repair as they do not have cell balancer tool :( and this will take another two weeks. So while Audi indicates my vehicle is in imminent fire hazard, yet their dealers are not capable of repairing this issue, even though letter indicates repairs should be performed now. I am extremely concerned with the safety of the vehicle, passengers and my property while vehicle is parked on the driveway due to fire hazard. Thank you, [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2017 AUDI Q7- Midlothian, VA
Repeated & Distracting dashboard warning for "Front Left Side Marker Light Defective." Instead of merely replacing a bulb, Audi requires a $2500+ headlight housing to be replaced. Problem confirmed by both independent shop and Audi dealership. Many Audi owners have found ways to deactive the side lights, dimishing safety, or they have to endure the distraction of an alert on the dash EVERY 20 SECONDS. This issue needs to be added to the existing Audi recall 97CD or NHTSA campaign ID 16V642000
