coolant leaks is a major concern and I have been asked by local INDY on water pump replacement to be done. Its costing me around 1500$. With so common issues, i think Audi should recall and substitute on their own case rather than every customer paying it.

Per carfax, my preowned 2021 Q7 with 9k miles has had several visits to audi dealerships. The car was eventually used for a buy back. That said, Audi USA "fixed" the vehicle and sold it. The car is NOT fixed and as the new owner I've waited 2 weeks after buying this car to drive and possess it only to have the battery warning light back on the dashboard after taking possession today. The car was previously at an audi dealership before it was cleared to be shipped to me. It seems Audi is unable to fix this car. I will need to tow it now to another audi dealership as I'm afraid the car will lose all power during any attempt to drive it back to a dealership.

Battery light on dash red and yellow abs light on.. multi Electric faults. On my massage board and car died on the road.

While driving warning light came on electrical malfunction on highway cat lost all power following a series of light’s indicting multiple malfunction then transmission disengaged I was able to coast to a stop , was unable to get out of vehicle due to car not unlocking

I was driving in the Rocky Mountains and head what sounded like a gun shot. I pulled over to inspect the vehicle and found that my moonroof had exploded. I was not behind any cars or trucks so I know it was not caused by a rock. I took the car into Audi where they told me it was a known issue. A few days later Audu said it was not going to be covered with warranty and we were responsible for the damages. I have found multiple forums thay show this is a known issue and that audi fails to inform their customers about the serious safety risk.

Coolant sprayed on engine components due to leaking Coolant /Water pump. Coolant level is falling below minimum level - Problem confirmed by the dealer 1. Water pump 2. Coolant sprayed onto engine components - potential fire hazard 3. Confirmed by dealer 4. Unknown 5, Umknown

I only have 61k miles and my dealer is recommending to replace water pump and all coolant components because of the leak. Also to replace front both side bushings Also replace front motor mounts I am worried given only 60k mile all of this has to be replaced

Complete hydraulic brake failure while on an interstate going 75mph. No warning, just sudden loss of regular and emergency brakes. I was able to cross 4 lanes of traffic to get to the shoulder where I waited absolutely terrified of being rear-ended for the two hours it took for a tow truck to arrive. My repair place was shocked at the problem, considering the car was 8 years old with low mileage. They found the only after-market part in the entire country and repaired it for under $2000 when they initially thought it would be $6000.

The contact owns a 2018 Audi A3. The contact stated while driving in a parking lot, the vehicle stalled. The contact stated that the battery was drained, and the vehicle failed to restart. The contact jumpstarted the vehicle. The battery was replaced. Several unknown warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the alternator needed to be replaced. The dealer informed the contact that the part was on backorder. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was called, but there was no response. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
