2018 AUDI Q5- Sunnyvale, CA
I was trying to park my car in my office parking space, after right turn to parking space, I applied brake to stop, but the car suddenly accelerated and within few seconds it crashed into the office building. I was still applying brake when it accelerated and I could not do anything else. The fact that vehicle climbed two levels of curbs to hit the building shows that the acceleration was out of my control. And even vehicle's collision system did not kick in when car was climbed over the curb. Polic report #: 22-350-0239C Agency: SCCSO

2020 AUDI SQ5- Dallas, TX
I have had multiple instances of the emergency breaking applying improperly. On at least two occasions the rear backup/parking sensors detected some sort of object when one didn’t exist and abruptly engaged the breaks despite there being no object behind me. On one occasion I had a passenger who witnessed the behavior. On another instance, and the one that concerned me, the front collision indicator detected something non-existent and abruptly slammed on my breaks while I was driving 70mph on a 3 lane highway. There were no objects or car in viewable distance at all. The abruptness, lack of warning, and breaking power sent my car out of control across all three lanes and nearly into a barrier before I was able to regain control and the breaks released. I was on the phone (hands-free) when this occurred and my fiancé could hear the whole thing. In both instances no sensors or alarms were activated in advance to give warning, and activated only in concert with the breaks being autonomously applied. All instances were reported to Audi who ran diagnostics and electrical/systems tests and found no errors or problems despite multiple occurrences.

2020 AUDI Q8- APPLE VALLEY, MN
My boyfriend was driving the vehicle and it killed on him in the middle of Veterans Highway in Metairie. La back in August 2022. I did not want to drive the car after that. I have grandkids and am a single female and do not want to die or get in a serious accident because the fuel is not getting to the engine properly, or be stranded on the side of the road. i then tried to sell the car and was told that a recall was issued and no one would sell it for me. and so then I was not going to sell a vehicle that is now a danger to everyone on the road. I am still having to pay a car note, and insurance on a car I cannot drive. I have since tried to make several appointments with Audi to get this corrected and they have cancelled on me 3 times because there is no remedy/ solution. I had the car towed to Audi because I refuse to drive a car on the road that is unsafe and put everyone in danger and my grandkids. I even asked them for a rental and they told me because I did not buy the car from that Audi they could not provide me with one.

2020 AUDI Q7- Huntington Beach, CA
While driving at high speeds on the Freeway with my wife and 2 children (ages 4 & 5), an alert on the dashboard said - Electric System Malfunction. Drove straight to the near by dealership and was told not to turn off the vehicle as it might not start. Service Advisor said we were lucky it didn't stop on the freeway as it has for others. He asked us to collect our belongings as the car was not drivable due to a known electrical system malfunction. He said this was a known issue as there were many others impacted with this same issue and have been waiting months for the parts. He also said Audi of America is well aware of the issue but don't want to publicize it as they don't have the parts available to repair all the impacted vehicles. He provided me with the Audi TSB 27 22 41 showing they knew about it since at least March 2021 (Attached).
