2021 AUDI Q5- Broomall, PA
While driving on the road, multiple warning and error messages suddenly appeared on dashboard. Entire car shut down in very short time left no time for driver to safely pull over. The car cannot move in the middle of the road and put the driver, passengers and surrounding vehicles at risk. The car was towed to a dealer and they confirmed the gate way module under rear seat is wet and shorted.

2013 AUDI A4- portland, OR
2013 Audi A4 with a 2.0 turbo engine approximately 62.5K miles and up to date with all services. I was driving on the highway at highway speeds when the engine suddenly started to misfire with a partial loss of power making the car difficult to steer. At that time the check engine light was not illuminated. I was able to get off the highway and drive home about 2 miles away from when the misfires first occurred. The police did not get involved as I was able to return home. The following week the car was towed to my mechanic where it was diagnosed that cylinder 3 had a problem. At that time the check engine light illuminated. He recommended that I tow my car to the Audi dealership as they have better availability of parts. The dealer took apart the engine and diagnosed a broken piston ring which destroyed many other parts of the engine. The engine had to be replaced with a new one from the factory. Audi should be held accountable for catastrophic engine failures that may result in injury to others due to poor engine design.

2017 AUDI Q7- El Paso, TX
Vehicle is giving me a warning that the marker lights are not working. Dealership verifed that they are working, and have no issue. They are unable to clear warning unless they disabled the market lights. Warning keeps popping up ever so often on my dashboard becoming a distraction while driving.

2016 AUDI A3- LAS Vegas, NV
I was sold a vehicle with a manufacturer recall that I was ensured was no big deal and would be fixed but there isn't currently a solution for the recall on the vehicle. The recall was issued in March of 2021 and it is now September 2021. I should have not been sold a faulty vehicle especially one with no foreseeable solution to the recall.

2013 AUDI S6- Poway, CA
While driving in city traffic, the car went into limp mode with some new lights on the dashboard. Before I could get to a safe place, it completely died and almost caused an accident. I was stuck until I had help pushing the car off the road. Upon reading the OBDII computer codes and then confirming with a professional mechanic, both turbos had blown. There was little warning, and no time to have a safe option once the warning light came on. Upon reading up on this platform, Audi has a defective oil screen that gets clogged and oil starves the turbos which makes them fail prematurely. Hopefully, they will fix this issue moving forward.

2018 AUDI Q5- Arlington, WA
As I was driving down the freeway, I heard a loud boom/explosion sound. I was instantly covered in glass, as my sunroof had exploded. I was not driving under an overpass, and there was no truck throwing rocks around me. Upon inspection, the remaining glass around the hole in the sunroof was pointed upward, showing that the glass exploded up, rather than something breaking down into the sunroof. I am very lucky that I was able to keep my car on the road and not cause an accident, as the sheer loudness of the explosion, and the glass falling all over me were huge safety risks. There have been zero warnings/symptoms with the sunroof prior to this incident, and I had the fabric cover opened, as I did not know that this could happen, which allowed the glass to fall all over me as I was driving on the freeway.

2015 AUDI S3- Haverford, PA
Audi issued a recall in March 2020. Seven months later, they still say that they have no solution. This is a major passenger safety issue and could result in serious injury or death. Seven months with no solution should not be accepted by NHTSA and we request that you take further enforcement action with Audi to achieve a fix quickly. They do not appear to feel pressure to act and issuing a recall without then rapidly achieving and implementing a fix makes a mockery of the NHTSA recall process.
