2025 AUDI Q5- Irvine, CA
My vehicle has now experienced a serious electrical malfunction a few times, including one again today. Each time, the car suddenly loses power and drops to 40 mph, the steering wheel shakes, and all warning lights come on. This is extremely dangerous and puts my safety—and the safety of others—at risk. The Car is Brand new and has about 1200 miles. I took the car in previously, and the dealership admitted they do not know how to fix the issue. Despite this, when I called again today after the problem happened, they refused to take the car in. At this point I do not feel safe driving it or having anyone else in the vehicle. This is severely impacting my daily life and mobility. I need immediate action and a resolution to this unsafe situation. I only get run around when I call Audi Fletcher Jones and my service adviser does not resolve my issue. They don't let me speak to the General Manager and they don't give me his email address. Attached are two photos. I have a video which i can submit per your request.

2019 AUDI A7- Charlottesville, VA
In January 2026 I received a recall notice (NHSTA # 25V900) from Audi USA regarding a potential malfunction in the rear-view camera system of my 2019 Audi A7. The notice stated this would be corrected by a dealer of my choice making a software update, and that the work would take a maximum of one-half day. On February 25, 2026, I delivered my vehicle to Audi Richmond, Richmond, VA, where I had purchased the vehicle new. On that date, it had approximately 34,000 miles on it. The service adviser stated the corrective work would take about 4 hours, but later I received a call from him saying there was a problem downloading the software update and they would need to keep my vehicle overnight. Thereafter, the dealer made repeated attempts to download the update with no success. I was informed they had contacted the Audi technical group, but their response was slow and their recommended fixes had not worked. The dealer says they then contacted more senior members of the Audi technical group, but that has not resulted in resolution of the problem. I have communicated with the southern regional manager of Audi's customer care division to no avail. He only sends polite emails basically just saying "we're working on it." I have now been without my vehicle for over a month with no end in sight. I understand this upgrade download problem has occurred with other Audis subject to the recall, but the fix has never taken this unreasonable amount of time I have experienced. In my opinion Audi USA has totally failed to provide the necessary technical support to the local dealer or provided the necessary resources, e.g., sending qualified technicians to the dealership or taking my vehicle where it can be fixed. This is the fifth new vehicle I have purchased from Audi Richmond, and up to now the quality of the vehicles and servicing by the dealer has been first rate. Audi needs to learn that actions like my case are both illegal and bad business.

2015 AUDI S3- Coachella , CA
I am reporting a Safety Remedy Denial by Audi of America (Case #[XXX]) regarding a failed suction jet pump and charcoal canister in my 2015 Audi S3. This failure resulted in a fuel leak and strong fuel odor near the exhaust, creating an immediate fire hazard. ? Although Audi issued a 15-year/150,000-mile warranty extension ([XXX]) for the 8V chassis A3 population, they are denying coverage for my S3 variant. This is in direct contradiction to Audi's own TSB 2068171/5, which explicitly states the A3 model group 'includes S and RS versions.' ? The dealership (Audi Rancho Mirage, RO# [XXX]) confirmed the failure of the suction jet pump (Version 1.0/1.1) but refused the safety repair at no cost because the 'U49 Warranty Key' was not in their digital system. This component is part of NHTSA Recall 24V-110 and Investigation RQ23007. Audi is failing to honor federal safety protections for the S3 variant of the 8V chassis. The passenger doors fail to open from the outside. The only way to access them is through the driver's door and to use the inside door handles. The dealer is aware of the issue and it was caused by a software update and Audi/VW have no confirmed fix for it. The cruise control does not always operate and gives an erroneous error stating "door open." The dealer has confirmed this error and states there is no repair available. The issue was caused by a software update and Audi has no confirmed fix at the moment. The trunk will not always latch. When closing the trunk goes to the first latch but then fails to fully close. The dealer has made multiple repair attempts and the issue still exists.

2025 AUDI Q6 E-TRON- Yucca Valley, CA
I am experiencing repeated and unpredictable software failures in my vehicle that create serious safety concerns. While driving, the vehicle will intermittently trigger system faults that: •Disable advanced safety features (including driver assistance systems) without warning •Emit a frequent, high-pitched warning tone that is distracting and disruptive •Occur mid-drive, forcing me to manage the vehicle without expected safety support At the same time, the vehicle exhibits broader system instability, including: •Inability to charge or unexpected charging interruptions •Failure of keyless entry and locking/unlocking functions, sometimes preventing me from entering the vehicle •General electronic system unreliability across multiple vehicle functions These issues appear to stem from software instability and occur without a clear trigger. The loss of safety systems while driving, combined with persistent audible warnings, creates a dangerous driving environment by increasing distraction and reducing available safety protections. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened multiple times. Safety Risk: The unexpected disabling of driver assistance and safety systems while the vehicle is in motion presents a significant safety hazard. The accompanying high-pitched warning noise further distracts the driver during critical moments. Together, these issues increase the risk of an accident. Frequency: Intermittent but recurring

After run collant pump caught fire and damaged the engine wiring harness. I reported it to progressive insurance and they came and inspected it at a body shop. They concluded it was due to an open recall on the vehicle so insurance refuses to cover it. Had car towed to Audi dealership and they reported it to Audi USA. They came back and told me that because of the mileage and year of the vehicle that they wouldn't cover it.

2025 AUDI SQ6 E-TRON- Corona, CA
Yes. The vehicle has experienced multiple critical system failures, most notably involving a defective SX6 module, which is a central control unit responsible for coordinating key electronic, safety, and communication systems. Its failure has led to widespread issues, including persistent warning messages, driver assistance malfunctions, MMI system instability, and ultimately a complete high-voltage system shutdown while driving. The repair is extensive, requiring full module replacement, software programming, and system recalibration across interconnected systems. The vehicle has remained inoperable due to significant delays in obtaining this part. This defect appears to be widespread among this vehicle’s make and model, as evidenced by numerous owner reports and forum discussions describing similar SX6 module failures with limited long-term resolution. The vehicle and all affected components are available for inspection upon request. The safety risk has been severe. The lane keep and lane centering system has shut off abruptly at highway speeds without warning, causing the vehicle to drift or swerve out of its lane and creating a high risk of collision. More critically, the vehicle suffered a complete high-voltage system failure while driving on public roads, resulting in a sudden and total loss of power without warning. This creates an extremely dangerous situation, as the vehicle cannot maintain speed or safely respond to surrounding traffic, significantly increasing the risk of an accident. Yes. The issues have been reproduced and confirmed by an authorized dealership, which also diagnosed a failed module requiring replacement. No. The vehicle and its components have not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, insurance representatives, or other third parties. Yes. Numerous warning lights, system notifications, and other symptoms began appearing within a few weeks after purchase. The vehicle was purchased in September 2025.

2024 AUDI Q4 E-TRON- Venice, CA
On March 20, 2026, while my 2022 Audi Q4 e-tron (VIN: [XXX] ) was parked in my private garage at approximately 98% battery charge, I attempted to start the vehicle and experienced a complete electrical system failure. All electronic systems failed simultaneously, including: brake system (Brake System Failure warning displayed), parking brake sensor, traffic/charging system, power windows, and side view mirrors. The vehicle could not be placed into neutral. AAA was dispatched and the vehicle required a jump-start to the 12-volt auxiliary system before it could be moved. The vehicle was towed to Audi Beverly Hills for inspection. The dealership diagnosed the fault as: Control Module Main Processor Performance, Symptom Code 20079, per Technical Service Bulletin TSB 2074484/3. Per that TSB, the dealer was instructed by Audi of America to create a PSS (Pending Service Solution) record, erase the fault memory, and release the vehicle to me with no repair performed. The stated guidance from Audi of America to the dealer was to inform me that this is "an extremely infrequent fault" that is "being reviewed." No fix exists. No timeline for a fix has been provided. The vehicle was released to me with the underlying defect unresolved. This is a known, manufacturer-acknowledged defect with no current remedy. As a fully electric vehicle, the Q4 e-tron's braking and all safety systems are electronically dependent. A recurrence of this fault while driving presents an unreasonable safety risk. I am requesting NHTSA investigate whether TSB XXX /3 and Symptom Code 20079 warrant a formal safety recall. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2024 AUDI Q8- Winchester, MA
While operating my 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron at 30 mph, I attempted to slow the vehicle to make a turn. Upon pressing the brake pedal, the regenerative braking system failed to engage properly, and the expected deceleration did not occur. The brake pedal felt very soft and the vehicle continued to move forward with nearly no braking force, despite significant pressure being applied to the pedal. The failure appears to be a total malfunction of the 'brake blending' system—the critical handover between the electric regenerative system and the hydraulic friction brakes. Even as a secondary safety measure, the hydraulic brakes failed to provide adequate stopping power. This resulted in a significantly extended deceleration distance that nearly caused a collision. No warning lights appeared on the dashboard prior to this event, making the failure sudden and unpredictable. Please note that this happened shortly after driving 10 miles on a very hilly road and extensively using paddle shifters while driving downhill to force battery charging. The breaks continued to have issues for the next 2h of driving and didn't work as expected for about 60% of the time. The next day, I tried driving short distance and was not able reproduce the problem. This happened on March 21, 2026 between hours of 2 and 4pm.
