2025 AUDI Q5- Carrollton, TX
The air bag keeps showing it's not working and that's it's turned off, there's a driving system malfunction, and warning lamp flashing emissions-related fault malfunction are not working. It is a brand-new car and after 2 months, all the malfunction lights keep showing so we went to the Audi dealership and they said they have ordered the parts from Germany, but it has almost been 2 months, and they still don't know when it will arrive.

2021 AUDI A6- Reynoldsburg, OH
My alternator was not working and it was a recall and I paid to fix it and they don’t wanna pay me back. I got a new part from audi and fix it at the shop and they don’t wanna pay anything just called and she said we don’t pay only if he’s done at the dealer. And I don’t believe that! Bc dealer told me they pay if I fix it any where to get done quick bc was out stock

2021 AUDI Q5- Rochester Hills, MI
The contact owns a 2021 Audi Q5. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated, and the vehicle stalled. Additionally, the windows independently rolled up and down, and the engine seized. While attempting to start the vehicle, the vehicle failed to start. The contact stated that the failure had occurred three times within five days. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was purchased. The failure was diagnosed with a failed gateway control module. The contact was informed that the gateway control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was being repaired. The contact was informed that the plastic protective bag that covered the gateway control module was filled with water. In addition, the dealer informed the contact that the NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V947000 (Electrical System, Structure); recall repair was performed prior to the contact purchasing the vehicle. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 37,200.

2020 AUDI Q7- Buckeye, AZ
I discovered this item while researching another issue. There was a class action law suit against VW/Audi for the Water Pump and coolant leaking into the system. The class action covered the year and model for my Audi (2020 Q7) but my VIN was not included. The class action ended in 2024. On 8/4/25, My water pump went out because of coolant going into system. A $6,000 repair. I brought the issue up with Audi. No response.

2020 AUDI Q7- Buckeye, AZ
My 2020 Audi Q7 with 49,500 miles had a complete engine shut down while driving. Towed to Audi. Fuel Pump was recalled and replaced on 1/2023. Audi stated it was the jet suction pump inside the saddle fuel tank. Research discovered that this saddle tank has been problem for this model and year. Audi only covered a portion of the cost. The entire fuel tank had to be replaced. 16 days to complete.

2024 AUDI Q8- Parkland, FL
Two years of break issues where the breaks shudder badly on and off - whole breaking system was replaced and problem still occurs to the point my wife won't drive the car because of the shuddering - audi deny the problem even though they replaced all the braking system - its a well known design fault - Audi has to take responsibility!

2018 AUDI Q3- Greenwood Village, CO
The contact owns a 2018 Audi Q3 equipped with Continental Tires, Tire Line: Conti ProContact, Tire Size: 255/40/19, DOT Number: (NA). While driving at an undisclosed speed, the contact experienced a blowout. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and replaced the tire. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. However, upon inspection, the contact found a hole the size of a quarter on the tire. The contact stated that on a separate occasion, while driving approximately 20-30 MPH, the rear driver’s side tire sustained a blowout. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and changed the tire. However, upon inspection, the contact found a hole the size of a quarter on the tire. Most recently, upon inspection, the contact found a bubble on the passenger’s side front tire. The tire was not replaced. Upon further inspection, the contact noticed that all four tires had about 6/16th tread left. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure; however, no assistance was offered. The vehicle and tire failure mileage was approximately 7,000.

2025 AUDI Q4 E-TRON- Long Beach, CA
Received a low pressure warning and got off the freeway at the next exit, less than 1/2 mile. Unable to stop on freeway. Before even changing lanes the tire blew out all pressure, total failure. Within 15 seconds of low pressure warning. Stopped immediately after exiting freeway and observed the tire was shredded (see pictures).

2017 AUDI Q7- Gardnerville, NV
I am having issues with my vehicle ( Audi 2017 Q7)that matches Audi Recall 97CB NHTSA campaign Number 16V642000 regarding the side marker light software malfunction. While my VIN is not currently showing as open on a Recall my vehicle is experiencing the marker lights failure. My vehicles MFD date is 05/16 which is in the dates of the recall 97CB but is for some reason excluded from the recall. I have had the vehicle at the Audi dealer to check on the problem. They have had the vehicle two different times totaling 15 hours and are unable to find a problem.They refuse to provide the recall remedy because my VIN is not currently flagged. my Vin is [XXX] . 2022 AUDI Q5- Tampa, FL
The contact owns a 2022 Audi Q5. The contact stated that while coming to a stop, there was a loud bang, and the sunroof glass shattered, with glass falling inside the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to a local dealer, where it was determined that the sunroof glass had shattered on impact with a foreign object. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost and remained at the local dealer. Upon further inspection, there was no evidence that an object had caused the sunroof glass to shatter. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 41,000.
