2025 AUDI Q6 SPORTBACK E-TRON- LIGHTHOUSE POINT, FL
This vehicle was purchased from Audi Fort Lauderdale on July 31, 2025 and on the drive home, 9 safety systems were reported as not working. This has continued for 7 weeks and the dealer has attempted repair 5 times including software updates, front camera replacement, camera alignments and finally the major ECU replacement to no avail. There are many people on the Audi Etron forum complaining of the same or similar issues. My car has not functioned safely for a single day since purchase and Audi is dragging their feet on a buyback. The executive case manager said that they would ordinarily replace the vehicle but that ALL Q6 models are having safety issues!! See this video of what happens on car start: [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2024 AUDI Q5 E- Los Angeles, CA
In July 2025, I received Recall 93AA (24V988 / 25V080) regarding a defect in the high-voltage battery of my 2024 Audi Q5 Hybrid. The recall states there is a risk of thermal overload and possible fire. I brought the car to the authorized dealer on August 13, 2025, where my service advisor confirmed there was no available repair. I called again on October 14, 2025, and was told there is still no remedy. Audi’s instructions prohibit charging the vehicle until the recall is resolved, which completely disables the hybrid system. This has made the car partially unusable and unsafe to operate as intended. It has been over three months since the recall notice, and no timeline for a fix has been provided by either Audi Corporate or the dealer. The defect has been acknowledged by Audi but remains unresolved, representing an unreasonable delay in remedy for a safety-related issue.

2024 AUDI Q3- Cincinnati, OH
The dashboard screen which operates the radio, GPS and other programs will shut down and the screen will show: NOTE: SYSTEM RELAODING PLEASE WAIT. The radio will continue to play but you cannot operate it. Additionally, sometimes the screen goes completely blank and radio stops playing, usually comes back on in a couple minutes. I've had it to dealer three times but problem is still present.

2020 AUDI A5- Ocoee , FL
Audi USA sent me a recall letter/service action for Infotainment System Software. The system reboots and shuts down unexpectedly while driving. Took the car to a local Audi dealership and they informed me that they cannot repair the recall because they now want to change my SOS module in order for both to work. They are asking me to pay them $1,500 for that. Meanwhile they informed me that my SOS system is not working either because of that, and I cannot use.

2024 AUDI Q8- Spring, TX
Front passenger door doesn’t always open when using the inside door handle. When you pull the door handle the door partially unlatches not allowing the door to open. You must then release the door handle and then repull the handle for the door totally unlatch and open. I was told by the dealership that these electric door latch’s are poorly designed. Cars been in the dealership 6 times for this in the past 2 months and it’s still not fixed.

2021 AUDI Q5 E- Campbell, CA
While driving one day, several warning messages appeared on the dashboard, but would then disappear. The next day, the car engine would not start and the vehicle dashboard would not turn on. The car was inoperable and had to be towed to a dealer service center. Dealer confirmed that the issue was caused by liquid entering the gateway control module. A safety fix had been applied before during a 90S9 recall in 2022, but it appears that fix is inadequate or defective.
