El carro fue comprado en febrero 2024 en greenway ford inclui un paquete de cambio de aceite,rotacion de llantas y cambio de los limpiabrisas.esto ha sido un dolor de cabeza. cada vez que se le realiza el servicio sale con la luz del ingenier prendido, en la computadora de auto zone aparece TURBOCHARGER INTERCOOLER(P0299). Ademas El asiento del pasajero esta siempre muy caliente el carro gasta demasiada gasolina y esta perdiendo velocidad,en verdad no se si el carro esta gastando aceite, ya que recién cambiado el sistema me mostro falta de aceite .o el consecionario no cambio el aceite correctamente..

2014 Audi rear subframe is rusted through. 92,000 Mi. My independent mechanic found the problem when performing suspension work. It has not been inspected by the dealer yet but will be soon. With the history of the subframe failures on these models and years, there is a danger to the public driving these vehicles on the road. Audi needs to fix these problems

On July 7th, I reported to dealer that the car was uneven when parked. The right front suspension was sagging. The dealer stated that unless a malfunction idicator lamp was on they could not see the car. On August 12th, I took the car in and they stated that the control arm and suspension strut needed replacement and that the damage occured becuase I scraped the wheel when I was parking the car. The scrape did occur and it happened on August 9th, but not so severe as to damage the suspension. There is a current recall capaign NHTSA Recall 25V428 for suspension strut failure, but it does not cover my VIN. I just picked up my car from the dealer and the failure occurred again. The dealer stated that they reset the height to level the car and when i picked it up, it was. I drove 50 miles after I picked up and when I came home the suspension had dropped again.

The car floods with excess fuel after idling for a short period of time resulting in multiple misfires and violent vibration. The car will not restart and will need to be towed. In traffic jams, the car can fail stranding motorists and creating a very unsafe situation. The problem has been verified by the dealership. Apparently, it is a known issue with the new Audi Q5 and they do not have a viable solution. They said to put the car in neutral and rev the engine to try and burn excess fuel. However, once the misfires start, it’s probably too late. I have pictures of the warning lights and the service reports. The car is 2 weeks old and has been back to the shop twice ( towed once) for a total of 5 days.

The contact owns a 2014 Audi Q7. The contact stated that while driving 60 MPH, there was an abnormal beeping sound coming from the warning light on the instrument panel. The message "Low Coolant" was displayed. In addition, the vehicle stalled. The contact was unable to move over to the side of the road. The contact raised the hood and refilled the coolant reservoir. The vehicle was taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the vehicle was included in the Volkswagen Emissions Scandal several years ago, and the vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the failure persisted. The contact related the failure to the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation), where the valve recirculates exhaust gas to lower combustion temperatures and reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was approximately 111,000.

On [XXX], I experienced multiple failures of core safety systems in my 2021 Audi Q7 that put my 17-month-old child at serious risk and exposed critical flaws in how the vehicle’s systems operate and record events. On [XXX], the pre sense automatic braking system suddenly engaged while I was driving approximately 35 mph on a clear, empty suburban road. There were no visible obstructions, no warning lights, and nothing recorded in the vehicle’s logs. This occurred less than 48 hours after the vehicle had received recall-related software updates and routine service at an Audi dealership. Prior to that service, the vehicle had no history of mechanical or safety issues. The following day, the keyless entry and anti-lockout system failed. I placed my toddler in his rear-facing car seat behind the front passenger seat and set our baby bag—with the key fob inside—on the rear seat. After closing the door and walking to the driver’s side, the car unexpectedly locked. The fob and my child were both inside. The outdoor temperature was over 90°F. I attempted to open the vehicle and then to break the window with tools, without success. After approximately seven minutes, I broke the driver’s side window with a sledgehammer and removed my child from the car. The car alarm eventually activated, but no lock-in event, key fob error, or warning was recorded. The vehicle was inspected by the dealership twice and Audi Corporate engineers once. Audi confirmed faults in the emergency call module, comfort system, rear lid sensor, and parking sensors. However, they could not reproduce or explain the braking event or lock-in failure. Audi confirmed that the vehicle should not be able to lock with the key inside, and they do not know why it did and are unable to guarantee the safety feature will work in the future. The vehicle has not been driven since. The failure of both safety function and system visibility placed my child in danger. I am requesting a safety investigation. The contact owns a 2014 Audi A6. The contact stated that there was a fluid leak underneath the vehicle near the exhaust pipe, with a fuel-like odor. No warning lights were illuminated. A certified mechanic inspected the vehicle at the residence, and determined there was a leak in the fuel line. Following the advice of the mechanic, the vehicle was towed to the dealer, where the fuel leak was confirmed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 152,000.

My 2023 Audi Q8 Pre Sense collision braking system has engaged erroneously on numerous occasions under completely normal driving conditions. It’s terrifying and potentially life-threatening liability. My vehicle would consistently flash warning signals on my dash and my screen went completely black. Most recently, while driving at approximately 35 mph, the Pre Sense system activated without warning or cause. The impact was so violent I believed I had been rear-ended. No vehicle was behind me. I’m convinced this vehicle will cause a catastrophic accident. Having done research there are multiple consumers posting their Audi coming to a complete stop on the highway while driving at high speeds. Audi had a class action suit for this very reason and I was never notified. I requested a buyback through Audi Corporate. Unfortunately, I received a denial letter. I dropped my vehicle off to my local Audi dealer on several occasions and was told that unless the problem duplicates itself they cannot repair the issue.

i have had necessary service checks; however, the spark plugs keep getting burned out. the car is barley 10 yrs old i have replaced the spark plugs 4 times this year alone. Its like every 2 months for the last year. this is abnormal

The headlights on my 2017 Audi A4 have developed stress cracks in the headlamp housing. According to the inspection performed by an authorized Audi dealer, these cracks will obscure headlight projection and lower the visibility range at night. The dealer specifically noted there were no signs of outside influence or misuse, and the issue is likely due to internal headlight temperature, external ambient temperature, and age. This defect directly impairs visibility and makes it unsafe to drive the vehicle at night or in low-light conditions. Headlights are a critical safety system. The problem has been confirmed and documented by the Audi dealership in a written inspection report. Audi of America has acknowledged that the defect is unrelated to misuse but refuses to fully assist with repairs, despite admitting it impacts visibility. The issue is ongoing and worsens with time. There were no warning lamps or dashboard messages related to the defect prior to its discovery. The vehicle and documentation are available for inspection upon request. This is a safety concern that puts me and others at risk due to reduced nighttime visibility.
