On December 2, 2025 I was driving on interstate 26, and warning lights came on, at the same time steering locked up and was I unable to steer. I did manage to slowly leave right lane, about 200 yards, and enter shoulder. I turned off and restarted many times and finally the steering unlocked. In Sept. car was brought to dealer. They could not find anything wrong. Since the incident, other warning lights keep coming on but steering not affected.

The front door wiring has design issues in 2020 Bentley Flying Spur. The length of the wire related to keyless entry is not enough. Thus cause the front doors keyless entry/unlock and lock the car through door handles malfunction. This is a very common issue you can searched on internet that many 2020 Flying Spur are having this problem. This is specifically dangerous for car owners don’t know this problem and cannot lock the car properly might causing theft.

There’s sudden PDC fault arises, the vehicle’s all radar system is broken. Sometimes, the dashboard will be turned off during driving. WHEN PDC fault appears, the rear view camera when parking does not appear. Very dangerous while manipulating the car. This is a common issue in 2020 Bentley Flying Spur. I’ve done research with engineers. The PDC module’s water resistance ability is very deficient. Very easy to cause this trouble while driving in snow and rain.

On Monday December 4, 2023, at about 1:30pm, it was a normal sunny day, I was headed eastbound on [XXX] . I was coming to a stop at the intersection of Airport Rd. I was in the turn lane to go north on Airport Rd. No one was in front of me. As I was almost stopped, only going one or two mph, the car suddenly lurched forward. Since my right foot was already on the brake I quickly pushed the brake down with full force and was able to stop the car. If there had been another car in front of me, or a person crossing the intersection I would of hit the car or person. Two days before I had heard about the 2022 Bentley Flying Spur crashing in Niagara Falls. When I heard of this crash I immediately thought the car took off on its own and the driver couldn’t stop it as this happened to my wife in her 2006 BMW M6 when it was about 2-3 years old. I immediately contacted the CEO of Bentley via email and he responded and had the President of the North America operation call me. He had an engineer come from Germany to take the “black box” out of the car and back to Germany to examine it. Three weeks later they said there was nothing wrong with the car. I then sold the car immediately and took a huge loss on it. After this happened in my Bentley I contacted Bentley in Crewe, England via email on 12/7/23 and they told me to call the local dealer and have them pick up the car so I did but they refused to do it when I told them I didn’t want the car back. I then notified Bentley again and they wrote back on 12/7/23 and said they are reviewing my info and they said they would have their North American people call me. On Monday 12/10/23 they had not responded so I wrote them again. After no response I emailed the CEO Adrian Hallmark and he responded and said they would like to pick up the car and look at it. Then his Consumer Affairs Manager for the Americas called and I told him I am not giving them the car without the US Government being involved. • 2018 BENTLEY BENTAYGA
    - Sherman Oaks, CA

On July 19, 2019, with 8800 miles on my 2018 Bentley Bentayga, I took it into an authorized Bentley dealer repair shop for routine service. I was advised that the brakes, front, and back were dangerously low. There was no prior warning or indication of this problem. I had the front and back brakes replaced. In September 2022 with approximately 16,000 miles on the car, I noticed a squeaking noise coming from the front end of the car. On November 14, 2022, I took it back to the same authorized Bentley Repair shop. I was advised that the front brakes were dangerously low and needed to be replaced. The service man advised me that he had customers having their brakes go bad in this car in as little as 5,000 miles without notice..

2004-2005 Bentley GT models have been designed with plastic vacuum lines that runs over the transmission that feeds runs also in the inside bay and up to the intake manifold that over time and excessive heat do crack which requires a drive train, engine and transmission out to remedy the situation. In event if the vacuum lines over the transmission suffers a major failure while driving it will result in the vehicle stalling immediately which can result in causing immediate harm to drivers and dependant on the situation grave harm or death can result. Many owners have decided to remedy issue before it gets to the point of catastrophic failure as symptoms such as misfires, cel light and other issues. Bentley motors have ignored this issue for years and a thorough investigation needs to be conducted to hold bentley motors accountable. Bentley has made changes to design in recent times but any independent Bentley specialists would support what I am stating.
