    BUS WAS AT REST AT TRANSFER LOCATION WHEN DRILL HOLE PLUG FAILED DO TO CORROSION RESULTING IN IMMEDIATE LOSS OF FLUID. BRAKES AND STEERING ASSIST WERE BOTH EFFECTED.
