2022 BUICK ENVISION- Myrtle Beach, SC
I started the car. Backed out of my driveway. Put into drive. The car stalled I shifted to park tried to restart. It wouldn’t. At that point I tried to put car into neutral I couldn’t. There is no way to shift this car into neutral. ( I checked with service department at gmdealer). This alone is dangerous the car cannot be moved. Anyway the car was towed to a dealer who fixed it. It was th fuel pump power module. The dealer and tow truck driver both told me this happens at least 5 times a week. There is no recall on this. My biggest concern is I could be on any road going high speeds and this part can fail. This is a death trap. There was no warning lights or messages to be found. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY SOMEONE IS GONNA DIE.

2004 BUICK RENDEZVOUS- Baltimore, MD
It is an unfortunate fact that since moving to area Federal Hill this vehicle and driver has been illegally surveillanced the car has been broken into with no signs of forced entry. As usual the billboard is visible for locals to observe. My only issue is waiting to act. The vehicle is legal with no visible or internal issues. I drive the vehicle at a safe speed to avoid traffic accidents. There was a state inspection failure with no real reason, another issue. Cars have specifically attempted to run me off the road. From BWI to Downtown Baltimore.

2014 BUICK ENCLAVE- Norman, OK
See attached document for complaint. In June 2023, I received a safety recall from GM, identified with the number N232404980, informing me that my 2014 Buick Enclave SUV, VIN : had a dangerous defect in the front-driver airbag inflater. The letter stated that the necessary parts to repair my vehicle were not available on that date. For the past two years, I have been calling the dealers closest to my address, and they always give me the same response: "We don't have that spare part available yet" and that I should keep waiting . Two years have passed since their recall, and they still have not resolved my problem. Therefore, I am writing this letter so that you know that I am awaiting soon repair, and also to record that they are aware of the situation and that, therefore, GM is responsible for any safety issues that may arise due to your failure to guarantee the means of correcting the aforementioned defect in my car.

2024 BUICK ENVISTA- Dumfries, VA
SUNROOF will not close, and yes, it is available for inspection upon request. Hard to drive because of the pouring down rain, and unable to close sunroof. I have called the dealership and was asked to bring it in for inspection, but the next morning it closed without problem. 2 days later it did the exact same thing. I waited 1 before opening again and when I tried to close the sunroof, it would NOT close again, until the next day. Now, I do not open it all. I have NOT had it inspected by anyone since it looked at the first time. No, warning lamps or messages prior or after since this has started.
