The dealership is unable to identify the failing component or system. The vehicle shuts off while driving above speeds of 60mph, which causes the power steering pump and power brake pump to fail. This symptom of shutting off while driving creates a significant life safety risk for the driver, passengers, and other motorists. The vehicle has been inspected by the dealership over 4 times in 3 months. Since the vehicle shuts off, there are no warning lamps, messages or other symptoms prior to the failure.

The contact owns a 2010 Buick LaCrosse. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 60 MPH with the A/C activated, there was a loud shattering sound coming from the roof of the vehicle. The vehicle was steered to the side of the road and inspected, and the contact became aware that the sunroof had exploded. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 250,000.

The chest clip does not stay fastened. It comes unfastened with a very slight amount of pressure.

No accident just a concern. On my Buick the clasp for the front set belts are buried between the seat and center console. Making the fastening and unfasting very difficult. The further the seat is forward the more difficult it is. I guess my concern is this over sight may hamper the use of them or possibly cause entrapment during a stressful situation. This issue is related to the gear shifter on the vehicle. When stopping the car and putting it into park the dashboard shows the message "Shift to Park." this vehicle has only 50,000 miles on it and this issue cause safety issues as the battery on the vehicle will drain as the car can't be turned off with this message. This issue has been reported for this vehicle in NHTSA Bulletin #10252775. However, the manufacturer is stating that it doesn't link to the cars VIN #. With 10 years + of vehicles in the GM family showing this issue and the issue being all over the internet, the issue must be reported for this vehicle.

There was a shortage in the blinkers, and when a right turn was being made due to the blinker, not working, the car was snatched to the left, due to the lane assist being on which almost caused an accident.

Noticed a recall regarding Buick Regal concerning break issues causing the valve to not operate correctly. Possibly the electronic break module not working properly and an update needed along with some parts. Recently the break valve was replaced because the break assist failed. Now, after running the vehicle for more than an hour or sometimes two, the same thing happens. My thoughts are that this affecting more vehicles than just the ones that were recalled.

The contact owns a 2019 Buick Encore. The contact stated that while attempting to accelerate from a stoplight, the engine revved up before accelerating. While the vehicle was accelerating, the check engine warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a certified mechanic, who diagnosed that the wastegate for the turbocharger was stuck, causing the turbocharger to fail. The contact was informed that the turbocharger needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact became aware of a TSB for 2017-2018 Buick Encore vehicles under TSB Number: N232395330; but the 2019 Buick Encore was not included. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 68,000. The VIN was not available.

When letting off the accelerator to slow coming to a stop I would press the brake pedal. but the motor would increase RPMs and I had to use both feet to stop the vehicle. Then I had to put the car in neutral and the RPMs would increase even though I was at a stop and then I had to put it in Park before the RPMs would drop. I removed the driver's floor mat encase it was effecting the accelerator. The vehicle didn't act this violent but it failed to decelerate several times before I could get it to my local dealer.

A deer came out of nowhere and I hit it head on. It totaled the car. The airbag did not go off
