2014 BUICK LACROSSE- Rougemont, NC
I got locked in the car and couldn't get out for about 4 minutes. I had the key with me, it wouldn't start or unlock the doors or roll down the windows.

2013 BUICK VERANO- Colorado Springs, CO
The contact owns a 2013 Buick Verano. The contact stated that while the vehicle was off on an inclined driveway, the vehicle rolled away. The contact had accidentally not shifted out of the drive gear position. The contact was able to jump back in the vehicle where he pressed the brake pedal and shifted into the park position. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was examined, but not diagnosed. The contact was advised that all Buick vehicles perform the same action while in drive on an incline. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.

2024 BUICK ENVISTA- Grosse Pointe Woods, MI
I picked up my new lease on 9/23/24. I don't understand why the rear taillights at the hatch level don't also work as turn indicators/brake lights. I learned that there is a set of lights on the lower half of the rear end, closer to the fascia. Once I was following another Buick Envista and I was amazed at how low those lights are. On another occasion when I was using the adaptive cruise control, I almost caused an accident because the driver behind me apparently did not see any brake lights in their "usual" position.

2020 BUICK ENCORE GX- Warren , MI
The dealership replaced in the “fish body electric system “ to make the shift to park “flag not appear It is available for your inspection. Please check facebook and a list of problems with the vehicle are listed The vehicle was in the driveway not affecting any one. The problem was reviewed by the selling dealer and referred to another dealer to fix. Other than the flag appearing where the speed of the vehicle when on the road. Only the dealership saw the part and inspected it No warning lights The repair was made by Ed Rinke in Centerline,

2020 BUICK ENCORE GX- Burleson, TX
The vehicle will flash a message “Shift to park” when the car is already parked. This is a known issue across multiple GM brands including Chevy and Buick. The dealer diagnosed the issue and said that it needed a new shifter and wiring harness. Parts and labor for the repair are going to be $700.

2015 BUICK ENCLAVE- Evansville, IN
The contact owns a 2015 Buick Enclave. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V334000 (Air Bags); however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. 2021 BUICK ENCORE GX- Cullman, AL
The check engine light will come on with engine power reduced, code reads turbo under boost, The car will stay in limp mode and make it difficult to get out of traffic there is no warning before the car completely loses power and goes into limp mode!!

2017 BUICK ENVISION- DuBois, PA
The contact owns a 2017 Buick Envision. The contact stated that after parking the vehicle in the driveway on a rainy evening, upon entering the vehicle the following day, the contact became aware that the sunroof had opened independently and allowed rainwater to enter the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where the vehicle was diagnosed. The contact was informed that the sun/moon roof motor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 77,000.

2022 BUICK ENCORE GX- Council Bluffs, IA
Place car in park, turn off car. On your screen in front of you it shows “shift to park” and the radio does not shut off. It continues to chime and the radio and chime does not shut off. Dealership states it is the shifter and the connector that is a problem. Shifter is on backorder for undetermined time.

The local dealer was made aware of the issue and confirmed that parts were not yet available. The contact was informed that she would receive a call once parts were available. The contact received a letter stating that parts were now available; however, several dealers informed the contact that parts were still unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure.
