2014 BUICK ENCLAVE- Winchester, VA
This has been under a recall for more than a year, and yet there is no remedy time in the near future. Calls to GM simply state that they do not know when they will be able to repair the vehicle. It seems that if GM is continuing to produce cars with airbags that they could at least replace those that are under the recall, rather than inserting them into new cars. Instead, they choose to profit with the new vehicles and leave those impacted by the recall driving in potentially dangerous, if not fatal, vehicles.

2006 BUICK RENDEZVOUS- Ralston, NE
Fuel line heat shield rusted and is leaking gas. I noticed gas outside before getting into car few days before gas leak was noticeable. I could not tell if it was my car or not as it was always in a parking lot that I noticed smelling gas. Yesterday, I noticed I had to pump the gas a couple times in order to start car. Went to the grocery store, and when leaving store, gas oder was strong. Once I was on my way home, 5 miles from store. Gas smell was strong inside cabin, and once home gas continued to leak for another 5-10 minutes after turning car off. I inspected the the leak this morning, and could see the heat shield on fuel line was rusted through along the underside of fuel line u joint. I am waiting for my car to be inspected by Fire Departmnet so that I can have to towed (Nebraska requirement to towe car with gas leaking issue) to repair shop.

2012 BUICK ENCLAVE- Citronelle, AL
Driving along and engine power reduced causing car to slow significantly - like downshifting two gears. Lights / traction control lights came on dash. Errors flashed - "Traction Control Off", "Service Stabilitrak", "Engine Power Reduced" All of this not only caused a slight bit of confusion, but placed us in danger with the flow of traffic. A repair shop replaced the gas pedal, however issue persists. Research indicates the throttle body sensor might be at fault - so we replaced this. Issue persisted, so I spent time online and found a GM TSB indicating a known issue and extending the warranty 10 years or 120K miles for P2138 Code. At this point, this issue persists intermittently, so we do not consider the vehicle safe to drive.
