2010 CADILLAC SRX- Columbus, GA
The contact owns a 2010 Cadillac SRX. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH and making a right turn, she heard abnormal sounds coming from the rear end of the vehicle. The stability warning light illuminated. The contact stated she veered to the side of the road for 15 seconds per the Owner’s Manual. The contact stated that as she drove the vehicle and was attempting to make a left turn, the failure reoccurred. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who diagnosed that the stability tract sensors and all four tires needed to be replaced. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and the stability tract sensors were replaced. Then, the vehicle was taken to another independent mechanic and all four tires were replaced, however the failure persisted. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they could not assist as there was no open recall on the vehicle. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part for the recall repair was not yet available. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 12,000.

2010 CADILLAC SRX- ham lake, MN
My vehicle has service rear axle and stabilitrak warnings on and an open recall that was supposed to be addressed by August 12th still no remedy. The service bulletin states not to drive the vehicle if those warning lights are on due to the recall. My vehicle drives terribly and so I have listened and waited for remedy. I can't keep going without a vehicle so this needs to be moved along faster
