    - BOCA RATON, FL

    VEHICLE FAILED TO START THREE TIMES SINCE PURCHASED NEW AND HAD COMPLETE SHUT OFF AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS ONCE. SINCE THIS IS AN INTERMITTENT PROBLEM, CADILLAC DEALER ADVISED ME THAT THEY CANNOT DIAGNOSE WITHOUT REPRODUCING PROBLEM. THIS IS AN UNSAFE CONDITION AND AN UNACCEPTABLE RESPONSE FROM CADILLAC. *JB
