2018 CADILLAC CT6- Capitol Heights, MD
The brake makes a rattling and metal grinding sound, the dealership said nothing is wrong with the brakes, still problematic. The transmission shifts too hard. Dealer said nothing wrong. Yet cat kicks too hard.

2007 CADILLAC DTS- Denver, PA
2007 Cadillac DTS has been giving me problems with leaking water from either the moon roof or roof itself near driver's door.the floor gets soaked with water and has caused a part called a yaw under the seat to short the wiring out and had to be replaced because it controls the tail lights and tail lights and brake lights were staying stationary when driving so car behind me has no indication whether brakes are being applied.i replaced the yaw but the roof is still leaking and it could happen again and could cause the floor to rot out from repeatedly getting wet when raining.i feel this is a serious safety concern and should be fixed by Cadillac.

2014 CADILLAC SRX- Crystal Lake, IL
I CAN NOT SEE OUT OF MY HEADLIGHTS AT NIGHT BECAUSE THEY ARE SO DIM. SEARCHING THE INTERNET THIS IS A PROBLEM CADILLAC KNOWS ABOUT FOR MY MODEL AND YEAR, THEY HAVE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND DO NOT HAVE A RECALL! IT IS DUE TO THE HOUSING ON LIGHTS THEY GET MOISTURE IN AND IT MAKES THE BULBS DIM. TO FIX THIS PROBLEM IS $2000 PLUS. CURRENTLY I CAN NOT DRIVE MY VERY EXPENSIVE CADILLAC AT NIGHT WITHOUT THE BRIGHTS ON!

2008 CADILLAC CTS- Elk Grove Village , IL
I was pulled over by the Police because my 2008 Cadillac CTS license plate lights were not working and my rear brake lights were not working. These light failures were caused by a known design flaw with the wiring harness in the trunk lid near the right trunk lid hinge in where the wires inside the harness that go to the brake lights break in half after repeated opening and closing of the trunk lid because of the poor design of the wiring harness and it’s mounting brackets. There should have been a safety recall from GM as I could have been killed if a car in back of me did not stop because my brake lights were not going on when I would step on my cars brake peddle! Now the car dealership service center wants to charge me $335.00 to replace the broken wires that were caused by GM/Cadillac’s poor and unsafe design of this wiring harness. 2012 CADILLAC SRX- Boulder, CO
The housing for the drive lights have failed. Replacing the bulbs does not resolve the problem. Cadillac wants to replace the entire unit because the plastic reflector has failed. Lots of Cadillac owners reporting this problem on the internet. Cadillac used an inexpensive plastic part that creates high risk when it fails. This is happening not just to the SRX, but to many GM models. Please see the video... https://youtu.be/i7GKpCgAee0?t=742

2015 CADILLAC CTS- San Antonio , TX
My rear differential gear is failing on my 2015 Cadillac CTS luxury 2.0T. I just reached approx 69,000 miles upon returning from an approx 2,200 mile trip to the east coast from Texas. I noticed a whine like noise after my drive back to Texas that seemed to get louder and louder coming from the rear of the vehicle. I took my vehicle to Firestone for inspection and it was confirmed the rear differential was failing. i was also advised the the seal were leaking as noted in the attached report. I was shown the drain plug which had an abundance of metal shavings present to confirm. The fluid was replaced and I was advised to follow up ASAP. Upon researching the issue I discovered this is a common issue confirmed on the Cadillac forums. This issue could’ve left me stranded or worse, caused an accident as I was traveling around the Christmas and the New Year to visit family during peak travel times. There were no warning signs or indications via my vehicle warning systems nor was there any contact from my Cadillac dealer or GM representatives. My vehicle is currently available for inspection as the issue has not been resolved.

2023 CADILLAC XT6- Surfside, FL
I have a Cadillac 2023 XT6 When I put the car in reverse in the daytime the Back up camera display works fine. If it is at night,Raining, or during any hours of the day like in a garage the display dims .It is hard to see a person behind you or any poles. When shifting into Reverse, it is bright then it goes dim. I brought it in to the dealer and they gave me a Chevy loaner and that works great and my last car worked great. The dealer checked everything, Ans I was told "it is working to spec" although they see an issue that they can't fix.
