    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 CHEVROLET COLORADO WITH GENERAL GENERAL USA TIRES, SIZE P215/70R16, DOT NUMBER: 4309. THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING 55 MPH WHEN A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO PULL TO THE RIGHT. THE CONTACT MERGED TO THE SHOULDER WHERE SHE NOTICED THAT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE HAD BLOWN. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED BY THE SPARE TIRE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 17,000.
