The 2023 Chevy Suburban has a serious oil burning problem. It starts burning oil after 20,000 miles. It starts burning oil after 50,000 miles. Many people around me have this problem. Why is there no recall?

The fitting on the fuel pressure regulator on the engine began to separate from the housing and started spraying fuel all over the firewall and the fuel ran down the firewall onto the exhaust pipes. No check engine light signaled. The only way I knew that it was spraying, was I started to smell raw fuel through the air conditioning vents. Luckily I was able to get it to a dealer before any fuel caught fire. The dealer repaired it but GM stuck me with half of the bill for the repair. I have pictures of the failed part if necessary. This is extremely dangerous to anyone that may not pay attention to car issues unless a check engine light comes on.

The windows would go down all by themselves and not roll up . The infotainment system will flash on and off telling you to start strip all by itself. The door locks will lock you out and in not letting unlock the truck . The key fob is the only way to unlock it. I have taken it to the dealer five times to be repaired and they say GM software is not capable of finding the electrical problem. They just keep replacing parts. I filed a complaint with The State AG office and GM said they were not going to address the complaint because the vehicle was still under warranty.

The wipers have stopped working on a least 6 different occasions. I have to pull over immediately due to not being able to see out the windshield. I try adjusting the switch through all the settings. I shut off the engine and restart the truck. I also turned off the rain sense function on the vehicle settings. Nothing I do will get the wipers working again. I have to wait for the rain to slow down to try to get to my destination. While I continue to drive, the wipers will start working again after about 15 or 20 minutes. The first time this occurred, they were only out for around 30 seconds before they started working again. It seems each occurrence is taking longer for the wipers to come back on. I took the vehicle to Armen Chevrolet of Ardmore on 08/05/2024 for service. They were not able to duplicate the problem. I was told to bring the truck back while the wipers are not working. That is a problem since this only happens intermittently. I fear for my safety and others if this happens at high speeds on a highway in heavy rain. I have another appointment on Monday 09/16/2024 to have diagnose the problem again.

I recently took my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban in to make sure everything was working properly with the power train... it has been having bucking and stuttering between 15-45mph, which was super concerning to me, as I am transporting 3 children [XXX]. I took in yesterday, and was called back today to confirm that the issue is happening... the problem is that instead of Chevrolet recalling these vehicles to have this computer issue taken care of... they did an update and are charging their clients to have this update done. This is a serious safety hazard, especially for families like mine that cannot afford to have this update done. I will likely have to drive around without having it done, all because of GM's greediness. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
