    - New Kensingtn, PA

I can be driving at speeds up to 40 -60mph. The car will just shut down on high way, putting not only myself but children at risk of a crash. The car will start reduced power engine, and the engine will start to stall and completely shut down. I have taken it to nick chevy in tarentum pa multiple times regarding this issue. They state software issue. But every so many months it does it again. Putting my life and children life in danger for just stopping on major highways.

The vehicle continues to overheat. The fan has been changed, the thermostat has been changed, the coolant reservoir has been changed, the cadilatic converter has been changed. Still running over hot. We continue to check oil and coolant levels, making sure they are where they need to be. Occasionally smoking.

  • 2024 CHEVROLET BLAZER EV
    - Wenatchee, WA

I recently purchased this EV Blazer and one day I went to charge it at a fast charging station. It would not charge and so I got it to the Chevy dealership in Yakima, WA. They told me that the battery itself had been physically damaged due to the location of the battery and it not being protected. I have no recollection of ever hitting anything and there was no visible or damage to any other part of the Blazer. It seem to me that the location of the battery and it being unprotected is a major design flaw.

  • 2017 CHEVROLET EQUINOX
    - Baltimore, MD

While driving my 2017 Chevrolet Equinox, the vehicle repeatedly displays diagnostic trouble code P2138 (Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor Voltage Correlation). The vehicle suddenly enters “Reduced Engine Power” mode without warning and loses acceleration while driving. This occurs daily and multiple times per day, both on highways and local roads. When the issue happens, the vehicle will not properly accelerate and loses power unexpectedly. This creates a serious safety hazard, especially in highway traffic, as I am unable to maintain speed or accelerate to avoid other vehicles. I have had to maneuver carefully or move toward the shoulder to avoid potential collisions. The throttle body has already been replaced; however, the problem continues to occur. The defect has not been corrected and remains ongoing and reproducible. I am currently [XXX] pregnant and drive this vehicle daily for work and to transport my [XXX] child to school. The unexpected loss of power places both myself and my child at risk while operating the vehicle in active traffic. This defect presents a significant safety concern due to repeated and sudden loss of engine power while driving. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. • 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500
    - Mexico, MO

Unknown..... the transmission in my truck began the shutter and shake like I was running over the rumble strip. The truck was at one point locked into 4x4 and even stuck in reverse and almost got me ran over by a diesel when I couldn't get out of his way until the very last second. Im not the only one with this issue. Gm has been knowingly mass producing these defective transmissions and selling them to the public with no notication to the consumers. This is obviously defrauding the consumers out of not only there money but also many of there livelihoods. As many families depend on there trucks in order to financially support there families. As mine does. Gm sold defective equipment. Completely aware that they where defective this is fraud and they should be held liable for there actions.

  • 2024 CHEVROLET COLORADO
    - Bangor, ME

Check engine light appeared and fans kicked on loudly. Stayed on even after shutting the vehicle off. Vehicle is a 2024 with only 28,639 miles on it. Upper radiator hose was leaking and would not seal. Took to dealership for repair and replacement. Was informed it was the 3rd Chevy Colorado this week with this issue! Was stunned. Further internet research found a staggering number of forum posts with this same issue. This is a recall-worthy issue at this point. Please consider issuing a recall based on the safety issues this may pose if engines seize or overheat as well as the sheer number of the same reported incidents.
