The car is constantly needs a jump start , and the pedal will not accelerate. I have had multiple diagnosis and they don’t know what it is- the cruise control component comes on at the beginning of the jump start until the car runs. Auto Zone and Midas has checked the battery, alternator, did a draw and they can’t find the issue. When driving the pedal will not accelerate- may have to pull over, and restart- then it works, until you disengage the car. They charged me over 30,000.00 dollars for this vehicle and I’m still paying on it and I can’t even drive it because I feel unsafe, especially with the pedal. It’s too cold to get up and jump start a car every morning. I’m paying 460.54 every month for a car that I don’t know that’s wrong with it- I purchase a warranty and though I didn’t hit the mileage they said it expired because it was for three years. This should be illegal. I really need to drive to get things done. There’s no lights coming to indicate a problem, please assist. it kept [XXX] cutting off and the cruise control, then it stopped. Tried to connect with Chrysler they said they were backed up, only speed issues, like accelerating faster than the mileage, now since it got cold - it won’t even crank up without a jump start, but all things checked and the mechanics can’t find the reason saying it’s electrical. Do you think Chrysler OS messing with my car because that’s dangerous and this is stressful- I’ll send the police report need to find INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

While driving down the interstate my car jumped a little then I could not go above 20 miles and hour. Once I arrived to a safe location I turned off my engine and then restarted. It seemed ok, but during the incident there was a flash on my dash that said "CHECK THROTTLE". I took it to a service station and they ran a code check on the vehicle. They stated the following: 1. ECM (Engine Control Module) 2. TCM (Transmission Control Module) 3. ORC (Air Bag/Occupant Restraint) My car is a 2017 Chrysler 200 VIN [XXX]. It has 55,600 miles on it, actual miles. Due to these error codes the mechanic stated I need to take the car to a dealership to have them fixed. I have been having trouble with my car for a while where it, most of the time, won’t start on the first try. I’ve been to my dealership multiple times and it just seems as if my car is declining after each session. I can’t even remote start my vehicle anymore. There will be times where I am stopped for a period of time and my car will stall and/or glitch out. The Stability Control and Electric Park Brake Trouble Indicators will come on as well as the Anti-lock Brake System Fault and Electric Power Steering Fault Indicators…All at the same time. I will be looking around for Auto Shops that I trust but later down the line, if there is no breakthrough, I will buy another vehicle.

For years now, my car has randomly, without notice, stalls, says “Shift To P” and goes limp. There’s nothing I can do in that moment besides try to get to safety before the car stops in the middle of the road. I’ve brought it in multiple times with no change or information as to what’s causing it. One dealership claimed I just needed an oil change which it didn’t but to prove my point, I brought it in after it stalled 2-3 days after an oil change. At this point, there’s been zero help or care. It’s only a matter of time until it causes an accident. Other owners definitely have this issue as well since they’re reported on here too. Any help? Or do all of us just lose money or potentially more…?
