Since I bought this vehicle from A from a used dealer as is, the passenger restraint indicator on the dashboard comes on and off, the tire pressure warning indicator, even after proper inflation will not turn off and the passenger head restraint popped out forward almost a year ago.

The safety feature of the front row headrest released during transit. Upon inspection it was found that the plastic retaining arms failed releasing the tension arm which controls the safety feature of the part. No one was injured in this instance but it represents a substantial safety issue particularly because it occurred as part of the safety features of a large capacity family vehicle. The failed piece could easily lead to death or injury. The premature release of the headrest tension was very loud and constituted a major distraction. In the event of this happening to the driver while in motion it could cause injury to the driver which may, in turn, result in injury to other passengers if a wreck occurs.

Vehicle caught on fire - flames coming out of driver's tail light. Interior smoke before flames coming out. Thank God, we were home and noticed and was not in the middle of the night.. There was a 5 gallon full gas tank within 3 feet of this fire. It could have taking my whole house out and my family. Clearly there is a problem with the electrical system on the drivers side toward the rear.

The lock on right sliding door is in a locked position and you can not open the door. The electronic lock actuator failed and the manual lock lever is stuck in locked position. It's seems to be a Chrysler town and country and dodge caravan failure. It imposes a safty issue in case of a fire or accident.

The passenger seat headrest has fallen forward. We have tried to put it back however the part inside is broken it appears. I have not been in any accident. Nothing has hit the seat either. I am not sure what would happen if one of us is sitting there an an accident happen; out head is not protected. Especially if my teenager is there. I had not warning lights. My vehicle was in the dealership recently for another issue and they did not noticed anything. No one has inspected the vehicle as of today; 26 Jan 2023.

Engine has begun to stall in the highway for unknown reason. Repair shops can’t find anything wrong. Spoke with other Chrysler town and country owners and they are experiencing the same issue.
