    CONSUMER RECEIVED RECALL LETTER # 04E031000. HOWEVER, THE MANUFACTURES STATED THEY DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS TO REPAIR IT AND DIDN'T KNOW WHEN THEY WOULD ARRIVE. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER INFORMATION. *JB
