    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 DAMON CHALLENGER. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH THE VEHICLE LOST POWER. THE MANUFACTURER REFUSED TO ASSIST THE CONTACT WITH THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS AWARE OF THE SAFETY RISK INVOLVED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 11,000, AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 22,000. *AK
