    THE METAL FRAME WHICH HELD THE SPARE TIRE, RUBBED AGAINST THE CONCRETE WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING A PARKING LOT. OVER TIME THE METAL WEAKENED, WHICH CAUSED THE TIRE TO FALL TO THE GROUND. *JB *TT
