    VEHICLE'S REAR AXLE BROKE INSIDE OF THE REAR END HOUSING.*MR WHEN THE AXLE BROKE, IT CAUSED THE REAR BRAKES TO LOCK UP. THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS A RECALL ON SOME OF THE 1980'S MODELS, HOWEVER IT WAS A DIFFERENT MAKE, BUT BUILT ON THE SAME TOYOTA CHASSIS. *JB *NLM
