    WHILE DRIVING, THE REAR AXLE SEPARATED FROM THE FRAME. *AK THE DESIGN OF THE AXLE SUPPORT BRACKETS WERE NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR THE LOAD OF THE TRAILER NOR WAS THE AXLE ASSEMBLY PROPERLY SECURED TO THE TRAILER WHICH CREATED A HAZARDOUS SAFETY CONDITION. *JB
