2020 ENTEGRA QWEST- Gilbert, AZ
I am reporting a severe, repeating, and life-threatening safety defect involving the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis on my 2020 Entegra Qwest motorhome. The vehicle intermittently and without warning drops into "limp mode" while traveling at highway speeds. When this occurs, the vehicle suffers a sudden, drastic loss of propulsion, forcing the motorhome down to dangerously low speeds on active, high-speed roadways. This defect has created imminent near-crash conditions on multiple occasions, exposing my family and surrounding drivers to extreme danger. The vehicle has been taken to an authorized repair facility five separate times for this exact issue. The mechanics have been completely unable to diagnose or permanently repair the root cause of this failure, and the vehicle remains inherently dangerous to operate. We’ve asked Mercedes to buy it back or pay it off and they tell us too bad so sad can’t help you but they also said on the last invoice that they can’t fix it. I’m not sure what date to put below here on the additional details because it happened five times so I’ll show the last incident.

2025 ENTEGRA LAUNCH- Paoli, PA
Vehicle is a 2025 Entegra Launch 19YG Class B motorhome (final-stage manufacturer Entegra Coach/[XXX]; Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis VIN [XXX]), purchased new [XXX] from General RV West Chester, PA. The vehicle spent approximately the first nine months of ownership at the selling dealer's service department for warranty repairs, including interior disassembly. Upon final pickup in January 2026, after driving the vehicle home approximately [XXX], and then taking it for a short trip [XXX], while driving the vehicle home, I heard components banging and stopped to investigate. I found interior shelving incorrectly reinstalled, and upon returning to the driver's seat found the driver's seatbelt no longer anchored — the anchorage was fully detached at the B-pillar/frame. The vehicle had been released to me for road use in this condition. No crash or injury occurred. Photos of the detached anchorage were taken at the time and provided to the dealer in writing on January 11, 2026. The condition was subsequently reattached. Reporting because the vehicle was released for highway use with a non-functional driver seatbelt anchorage. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

2024 ENTEGRA VISION- Rancho Cordova, CA
The wipers are erratic. This has been going on from 04/27/2024 to the current day. RV repairs keep trying to fix them but is not successful. It use to be the drivers side windshield wiper that would wipe erratically and would wipe beyond the window. Supposedly it was fixed and we went on a trip this past January 2026 and both left and right side completely wiped off of the RV, onto the hood got stuck and bent the wipers. We had to postpone our departure due to rain. The drivers side is so bad to a point that it was etching the windshields protective coating in the upper left corner. We have the RV at La Mesa RV, [XXX] , Phone: [XXX] . After reading your recall on the Ford trucks and SUV's it appears the wiper issue is effecting RV's too. 2024 ENTEGRA VISION- Rancho Cordova, CA
1) The windshield wiper on the driver’s side completely detaches from the window and becomes stuck. Despite being repaired three times, with the motor and arm replaced, the wiper still exhibits the same problem. 2) The only door to the vehicle fails to close properly. It pops open while traveling on the freeway. Even when parked and locked, the door remained wide open for eight hours with my pets inside. Fortunately, my dogs remained inside. As a result, we had to cable lock the door on the outside for the duration of our stay. This issue has been repaired ten times. The latch (bolt) on the door frame was relocated, and the deadbolt bore was enlarged. However, the recurring problem of the door opening persists.

2023 ENTEGRA LAUNCH- land o lakes, FL
This is being submitted again with supporting emails with the dealer. This is a entegra launch (owned by jayco) This complaint concerns failure to provide a remedy for multiple active NHTSA safety recalls, resulting in a vehicle that has been determined unsafe and inoperable. The vehicle is subject to NHTSA Safety Recall 24V-160 involving the house battery relay / contactor. During a January 7, 2026 call between the servicing dealer (Lazy Days) and Jayco / Entegra technical support, the battery system was diagnosed as having a stuck contactor with no 12V output. Jayco / Entegra technical guidance instructed the dealer to shut down the battery and specifically advised that the battery should not be turned on or charged. The dealer was further instructed that the coach should remain at the dealer until a replacement could be obtained. As a result of this instruction, the vehicle has been rendered unsafe and inoperable. No manufacturer-directed repair or replacement timeline has been provided. In addition, the vehicle is also subject to NHTSA Safety Recall 24V-312 involving the fuel tank mounting bracket. This recall likewise requires dealer-performed remediation. No repair timeline or remedy has been provided for this recall either. Despite repeated contact with Jayco / Entegra, the manufacturer has stated that the vehicle is out of warranty and has declined to provide a manufacturer-directed remedy, referring the matter to a component supplier. Warranty expiration has been cited despite the existence of active safety recalls and a documented instruction not to operate the vehicle. The vehicle has been left at the dealer with no repair path, no timeline, and no safe method of operation despite active safety recalls. This complaint is submitted due to failure to provide a timely remedy for active NHTSA safety recalls.

2022 ENTEGRA VISION- Salt Lake City, UT
While driving on the interstate, the automated front shade system failed. The shade unrolled instantaneously blocking the entire front windshield. The driver and passenger were able to get a hold of it and lift it out of the way to regain view but this took several seconds during which the driver had no view of the road, lanes or vehicles surrounding us. The driver had to take attention from the road and a hand off the wheel to find and lift the shade out of the way. This put us at risk and all drivers surrounding us at risk. If we had been on a road with a curve or if there had been more traffic the outcome could have been far worse. The system should have safeguards to prevent this type of failure. The dealer confirmed that the shade system failed. Jayco has an active case number for this incident but cannot confirm if any action will be taken. The vehicle had under 7000 miles at the time.
