    - PITTSBURG, PA

    DT: THE CONTACT STATED THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE DESIGN OF THE RUNNING BOARDS. THEY WERE DESIGNED TOO SMALL, WITH NO GRIP, SLANTED DOWNWARD, AND LOCATED TOO HIGH ON THE VEHICLE. A PASSENGER OF THE VEHICLE SLIPPED ON THE RUNNING BOARD, BUT SHE WAS NOT INJURED. THERE WERE NO HANDLES TO ASSIST THE CONTACT WHEN ENTERING THE VEHICLE. SEPARATELY, SHE NOTED THE INSIDE HANDLE ON THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR WAS DIFFICULT TO OPEN. THE VEHICLE WAS LEASED.*AK
