2020 FORD ESCAPE- Clinton Township, MI
The driver's side door has a broke weld - there is an issue that it will not open and close correctly. Also due to the issue the window can not be rolled down which can causes visibility issues when rain or fog conditions are present. The door can sometimes be latched closed and other times will unlatch on its own. I tried to resolve with Ford but they indicate it is a known issue and will not cover the repair, leaving me to not be able to afford the repair but still in need of using the vehicle.
