2020 FORD F-150- Anna, TX
The Blindspot system, cross tragic system, airbags, and climate control all were disabled intermittently. Climate control disabled allowed my windows to fog up impairing visibility which posed immediate danger of collisions. I read an online forum and found that my tail light had water in it which created a short to all those systems.

My Tailgate randomly opens while driving down the road. Several times, tools have slid out the back of the truck bed. This is a hazard to the trailing vehicles and costs me money in losses. Ford has a recall, but people are still experiencing the same issue. Ford will do nothing to guarantee the tailgate is fixed.

While driving home on Monday, January 23, 2023 I attempted to use my wipers to clean my windshield and the driver’s side windshield wiper flew off to the side of the windshield and wouldn’t go back down. The wiper fluid that was on the windshield obstructed my view for a few moments. A few minutes later when I arrived home, a friend of mine helped me put it back in place and noted the little silver “key” wasn’t fitting properly. I had received a recall notice last year but was never notified that any parts were available or when to bring my vehicle in. If this incident had occurred during a storm it could have been extremely dangerous.

2020 FORD F-150- SEVERN, MD
The vehicle has an automated 10 speed transmission that hesitates, bangs, and, at times, jerks as it is shifting. On Jan 2, 2023, the vehicle paused in an intersection as if it shifted into neutral. While intermittent, the hesitation and bangs are more frequently noticeable while shifting occurs from 7th to 8th gear. I have also noticed hesitation and banging when the vehicle shifts from 4th to 3rd gear, but not as often as 7th to 8th. There have been no indicator lights or messages from the dashboard display indicating a problem. There are several articles, and some class actions suits regarding the same issues with respect to Ford's 10-speed transmission. My vehicle has not been recalled for this issue. I have called the dealership on Jan 4, 2023 to make arrangements for them to analyze the issue.
