While traveling at 60MPH transmission downshifts to 1st gear causing rear end to basically lock up and skidded into oncoming traffic lane. Luckily I didn’t hit anyone. Transmission also locks into 5th or 3rd gear at a stop and will not shift out. Unpredictable at best, VERY DANGEROUS.

On 12-26-21 tried to start truck, It cranked but did not start. called for a tow to the dealer. while waiting on tow I looked up fuse information to the fuel pump. after locating fuse that controls power to fuel pump relay I pulled fuse and it was burnt on one side of the prong. I called off tow and got home and did some research for this problem seems 09 thru 14 this particular 20amp fuse is being over heated. I also found a service bulletin 15-0137 on a ford site, and its stating that a ( Fuel Pump Fuse Relocation Kit ) in which I have to pay $270 for. I believe this is fire hazard and a safety because if this fuse is blown while driving it will shut down the vehicle. I have watched several video's on this issue and believe it should be recalled do to the nature of the problem. There was also no warning nor any warning lamp on the dash to show an issue. made an apointment to the ford dealer for 12-27-2021 to have this relocation kit put on before there is a fire from this overheating of this fuse in the fuse compartment.

When driving, twice power has cut out with the vehicle without warning. I was also unable to start the vehicle on one occasion - it cranked but did not fire. Traced the problem to a melted #27 fuse in the engine bay, which is a known issue with these vehicles apparently.

Since my truck was new I have had a problem with no acceleration, misfire, brakes, and some kind of growling noise when I come to a stop and or making right-hand turns. Just after my warranty expired I was driving on the highway and I had to slow down my truck cut off. Today it cut off in traffic 4 times, this isn't very safe. I pulled the codes and it was a P2112 throttle actuator closed. I saw on a web page that Ford extended the warranty on this issue to 10 years or 150,000 miles, I called Ford and they said that they will only charge me to fix this problem.

My 2014 F150 LISTED ABOVE IS HAVING BRAKING ISSUES. THE PEDAL IS HARD AS A ROCK AT TIMES AND YOU HAVE TO PUT ALL OF YOUR WEIGHT INTO STOPPING THE VEHICLE. WHEN THIS OCCURS IT MAKES A GURGGLING SOUND OUT AT THE BRAKE BOOSTER. UPON VIEWING SOME MECHANICAL SITES ON THE NET THIS HAS BEEN A RECALL FOR THIS YEAR MODEL TRUCK AS THE MASTER CYLINDER COULD BE LEAKING INTO THE BOOSTER AND OR THE BRAKE BOOSTER HAS GONE BAD. I PUT IN MY VEHICLE VIN AND IT SHOWS ZERO RECALLS FOR MY TRUCK. HOW CAN THIS BE WHEN IT'S EXACTLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OTHERS OF THE SAME YEAR REGAURDLESS OF WHERE IT WAS BUILT. MY 17 YEAR OLD SON DROVE THIS TO SCHOOL TODAY AND ALMOST HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE UPON PARKING AS THE PEDAL GOT SO HARD HE COULD HARDLY STOP THE TRUCK FROM HITTING THEM, THE LIGHT DID COME ON IN THE DASH PANEL BUT WENT OUT. WILL THIS BE A RECALL IN THE NEAR FUTURE BEFORE SOMEONE IS SERIOUSLY INJURED? ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET THIS FIX AT OUR EXPENSE? PLEASE CONTACT US AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE TO HELP US WITH THIS MATTER.
