2012 FORD FUSION Complaints

The contact shifted into neutral (N) and veered to the shoulder of the road. The contact reported that in January 2022 he had a Power Steering Control Module software update performed through NHTSA Campaign Number: 15V340000 (Steering) by a local dealer. The manufacturer had not been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 155,713.
