My Forest River Rockwood signature 5th wheel control panel TP36Q10 failed at our campsite. We were stuck. Had to manually bring in 3 slides. The 3rd bedroom slide had to be battery override/control panel override with a drill motor battery to bring back into the 5th wheel coach. This I learned from a RV tech who we called but was unable to assist us. Guest were coming into our site the next day and we had to be off the site. Luckily we were able to get slides in and get out 5th wheel back home. However, It is not safe to use, we have canceled all further trips. (also see my youtube video link ( https://youtu.be/cH8sb5q1hIg) Forest river sent out the wrong replacement panel TP33Vv2. This did not fix the problem. This 5th wheel was made in 2019. This is not a old. This unit has not been modified or touched by anyone. Please send tech to my location to fix panel or replace. Please authorize budget for labor and parts. The contact owns a 2013 Forest River XLR Toy Hauler. The contact stated while driving 50 MPH and towing the toy hauler, the side window in the kitchen detached. The contact stated there was glue residue detected around the seal. The contact used a piece of plexiglass to cover the hole. The contact called the local dealer who ordered the replacement glass, but the RV was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted but no additional assistance was provided. The failure mileage was unknown.

In the mid summer of 2021 I purchased a 2021 FOREST RIVER WILDWOOD TRIM LEVEL 178BHSK VIN # [XXX] for a considerable amount of money., I have had nothing but problems with this trailer and now the water leak ( for a second time on a second location) has damaged the integrity of the floor structure. With mold growing, a trailer I can NEVER level and wobbles terribly and many problems. I want this trailer to be bought back. I would like to know what I need to do to have someone consider these issues as I have children and refuse to camp in a trailer with Mold , spongy floors from damage and a door that never closes no matter how flat the ground is. I would like a response as currently my trailer is in the 1000 islands RV Gan shop yet again. I have every warranty and protection on this unit and want it gone.im very upset. Please let me know how I can start this process. I have already contact the better business bureau and explained my concerns at the dealer level to management. Within the last week, the tire on my camper exploded. It has been sitting winterized since last fall and hasn’t moved. I checked the other three tires and they were all right at 60 psi. I have pictures of the belts coming out of the tire I do not at all feel this is normal for a tire to blow out, sitting still. Upon looking online I also signed a petition for a recall. It seems these tires have a significant blowout problem.

2021 FOREST RIVER PUMA. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO ISSUE WITH THE HOT WATER HEATER. THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WERE ADDITIONAL DEFECTS THE EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE WOULD NOT LOCK, AND THE FLOORING HAD DEFECTS FROM MANUFACTURING. AND THE PROPRANE TANK COVER FIT POORLY.

There was a sudden thread separation while trailer was being towed on a highway in Florida at about 65 MPH. The thread that came off the tire damaged the underbody of the travel trailer as seen in the pictures. These ST 225/75R15 trailer tires were installed by the manufacturer and were fabricated in WK12 2021. I am positive the tire was at 80 PSI as it was checked before the trip from Florida to North Carolina on 4/14/2023. I contacted the manufacturer Forest River and because the trailer is past the 1 year warranty, they recommended to talk to the tire manufacturer Lionshead, for which you receive a voicemail and asks you to fill out a warranty information. I will fill out the information and see what happens, but this incident could have caused a huge accident. If you google, "castle rock thread separation" - you will find multiple complaints in multiple forums about this issue. I hope it gets corrected and accidents prevented. Thank you, JP Ledermann

WE PURCHASED THIS RV 0N 1-25-2022 FROM DAY BROS RV SALES 3054 SOUTH LAUREL RD LONDON KY 40744 WE TOOK THE RV ON OUR FIRST VACATION TO FL IN FEB 2023 ON OUR WAY HOME FROM VACATION IN NORTH CAROLINA BOTH WHEELS CAME OFF THE RV WE ALMOST JACK KNIFED, THE WHEEL STUDS ON BOTH WHEELS BROKE OFF WE WERE STRAYED ON 95 NORTH FOR OVER 4 HOURS SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD, A TROOPER STOPPED BY 45 MINUTES AFTER WE BROKE DOWN WE FINALLY GOT TOWED OF THE ROAD IT WAS ON SATURDAY FEB 25 2023 . THE TROOPER RECOMMENED MANGUMS TOWING AND ROAD SERVICES THEY REPLACES THE WHEEL HUBS NEW RIMS AND TIRES AT A COST OF 2010.69 WHICH I HAVE THE BILL FOR PLUS PICTURES OF THE BROKEN WHEEL STUDS THE DEALERSHIP HAS STILL NOT SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM PLUS THE 2010.69 FOR REPAIRS WE HAD TO LEAVE THE RV IN NORTH CAROLINA SO THEY COULD FIX IT WE HAD TO RENT ANOTHER VEHICLE TO GO HOME WHICH IS IN DELAWARE 6 HOURS AWAY A WEEK LATER WE PICKED THE RV UP CAN YOU PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER A BRAND NEW RV SHOULD NOT LOSE IT WHEELS PERIOD

Spring hanger welds full of porosity , rear section of frame was spliced poorly welded with a visible half inch gap . You can see light through tongue gusset welds .

The RV had not yet been taken to an independent mechanic or a local dealer to be diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 800. The contact owns a 2022 Forest River Della Terra Trailer. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the siding on driver's side of the trailer detached. Additionally, while driving at an undisclosed speed, the siding on the passenger's side detached. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.
