    2000 FREIGHTER CENTURY CLASS, UNIT 1 AND UNIT 2 WERE WESTBOUND ON THE OHIO TURNPIKE. UNIT 1 REAR INSIDE TIRE BLEW OUT. THE DEBRIS FROM THE LEFT REAR TRACTOR MUD FLAP STRUCK UNIT 2 CAUSING DAMAGE. *BF (OHIO TRAFFIC CRASH REPORT # 10-0506-91)*JB
