    WHEN SLOWING DOWN HOOD DETACHED FROM LATCHES. FOUND HOOD RELEASE CABLE NOT ADJUSTED AND CAUSING LATCHES AT ENGINE COMPARTMENT NOT LIVING UP WITH STRIKES ON HOOD.
